We were getting ready to do a Christmas road trip and was looking for movies with our teenagers to watch on the way home to grandparents. This fits the bill and it was on sale. Funny movie to watch during the holidays or anytime. Well worth the $8 we paid for it.

This film is a classic, so it was a bit of a crime that it was not yet part of my library. I actually had to track a copy down in an adjacent town, but it was soooo woth it. The A/V quality alone just made the movie all the more enjoyable. It now takes it;s place next to both "A Christmas Story," and "Christmas Vacation" on my shelf, and is an annual tradition.

The last time I saw this movie was back when it was still in theaters and at the time it was quite pleasant but I expected it to be awful now. Much to my surprise it's still quite pleasant Will Ferrel is still likeable and everything is just overall entertaining and still brings a smile to my face. That alone earns a recommendation from me and I really don't like most Christmas or Holiday movies in general.

I'm a big supporter of steelbooks because it puts emphasis on the cover art, and a movie is only as good as its cover art. I was quite pleased to see that they were releasing Elf as a steelbook! It is part of my top 5 Christmas movies and now I can have it in a beautiful blue steelcase to show off!

By far, the funniest Christmas comedy to date, and Will Ferrell’s performance will have you ROLLING. One liners from here to the Lincoln tunnel that your kids will remember and quote every Christmas season from here until their kids are old enough to watch

Ooh - a Christmas Gram?!?!? I want one of those! This is a fun holiday movie that we can all enjoy. If you like some of the other ones by the actors and directors (like Stranger Than Fiction or Iron Man) you’ll like this one. I like to whisper too

I Love this Movie. Every year I grab a bunch of xmas movies to get me in the Holiday Spirit. This was missing from my Collection. This was my first movie this year. From Beginning to end lets just say it makes you believe and feel like a kid again.Enjoy!

Bought this as a gift as this is just a great movie to watch around Christmas every year. The price was fantastic too and delivered within a couple days of ordering.

A + Acting. Will Ferrell is a scream in the family friendly Christmas movie about an elf who is looking for his biological Dad in New York City on Christmas eve. James Caan and Mary Steenburgen are fantastic in making this comedy believable yet funny!

It's great what happens when we take the time to care about those around us. This movie is a wonderful reminder to cherish those around us. Our loved ones are the most important people in our lives and good things happens when we take the time to be with them.

This is a fantastic movie. The man grew up with elves and now he think he is an elf ,he found out that he was adopted and he journeys to the big city to find his father. It’s Christmas cheer and jingles all the way. Very funny very exciting movie.

This movie is hilarious! It is truly Will Ferrell and his best. Our young kids enjoy watching it just as much as we do. To me, this movie is just as timeless as Home Alone. This is one of those movies I would enjoy watching every Christmas season.

Got this movie for a holiday high school party. Will always gets the laughs, and the kids love it. Plus I got it on sale with same day pickup the day before X-mas eve. I was surprised by the speed of their pickup service. Thanks best buyM

Not only do I love the elf movie, all 4 of my grandkids love it. They would watch it 3,4 times a day . Christmas is over and we still watch it. They repeat a lot of phrases and act out a few scenes. It's very funny and it teaches us of family and love and believing

Refreshing and so much better than later Will Farrell performances where he taints his talent with an over abundance of crass language and idiotic attempts at humor.

What is there left to say: Jon Favreau and Will Ferrell have created one of the best christmas classics to ever grace televisions. It is funny, heart-warming, clever, and great for the family.
