This was a bday gift to add to my new theater room in my home and we haven't stopped using it yet. I no longer buy bag popcorn from the store. Really cute, not bulky at all was easy to put together. Make sure you follow the instructions well for popping and you all set. This is a MUST HAVE in your home.

Purchased this as a fun way to spice up my living room. When the first one was received it was severely damaged and had all the glass shattered everywhere due to poor packing. It took 3 replacements to get one that works. The one I do have had the light bulb shattered in it, the tray us dented the popper itself is defective and doesn’t heat properly. The manufacturer has the worst customer service ever.

My kids love making popcorn after several attempts to make movie theater popcorn we finally got the hang of it now the boys enjoy delicious popcorn and a movie almost every weekend.

Works great but wish I had bought the bigger size. I purchased the Nastalga popcorn with my order. Nasty. Then I got the all in one 8 oz bags from GFS and they were great!!!!

I shipped to the store and the first one before I left best-buy glass was leaking from the box. The second one came in and the holes for the base cabinet where on the wrong side. Do not waste your time and money it took me around a month.

The unit was purchased through BestBuy.com and delivered by UPS. The box had some minor damage but I’ve seen worse. For some reason it was shipped with the light bulb installed which of course shattered during shipping due to the socket dangling from the top of the cabinet from poor manufacturing. Then I noticed the base was painted in the wrong orientation because the cutout for the power was in the wrong location. Finally the bottom of the cabinet was welded to the wrong side so if I put it together with the upside Popcorn signage on the base the storage cabinet had no floor. Truly this is by far the biggest disappointment I’ve had in a product from Best Buy. They should drop this product immediately and go with a more established brand like Great Northern.

We love these machine! We've been using it every weekend and everyday during summer for the last 7 years. Everything still works well like day one.

Works great, but if ur popcorn is chewy leave the steel vent open to resolve the issue

I purchased this unit for my 18-20 year old kids and their friends. They pop corn at least 3 nights a week on our stove for snacks. This was the hit of our Christmas Eve Party. The assembly took a little while but is fairly easy. I do recommend using your own 14mm socket and a wrench instead of the stamped tools that you get with it. This thing is great. It pops corn quickly (4 to 5 minutes. per batch) and the stirring mechanism is quiet. It is also very cool to watch the corn pop. An 8oz. batch will make enough for 4 of us and back to back batches are easy to do. I have to add that it makes the house smell great too. At this price point it has more than I expected. All metal framing, a metal warming bottom in the popping area and a sturdy feel to everything. The unit came with functional scoops,salt shaker and measures so I didn't need to search for extra accessories. The storage area is small but will hold some corn,oil,salt,bags and the utensils you will need. It is not a commercial popper but I think above a home occasional use product in quality. This popper is not big enough for vending but will be great at any of our picnics or parties. You may want to consider a little bigger one for an office or business setting. It does take a little more time to clean than the stove top method but is way more cool to use and the corn is kept warm and fresh for a good while so a movie night won't get a lot of interruptions. I don't know yet about durability because we have only had it a few days and ran 5-6 batches through it but I don't expect any problems from the construction. If anything goes wrong I will update you on support but until then I am going to enjoy this purchase.
