Fries great, but...

So, I have to turn the timer... wait until the fryer is hot then readjust the timer. The other fryer that I had I turn it on, the light turns green with the fryer is hot enough then, when I add whatever I'm frying, it turns green when it is hot again. I like that method better.

would look for another

(cord Issues) It would no longer power the unit to heat up. I had to turn on the timer to have the power on (only way) which I hated because timer was still running after food was done and no way to turn it off unless you waited. The size was descent though. Between the timer and the plug I would not recommend this product.

Your appliance is equipped with safety features. To prevent overheating, the thermal protective device will switch off the fryer automatically. This device is a small reset button found either on the backside or underside of the electrical component, or in the cord storage compartment. It can be re-activated by pushing the button in again with a toothpick or non-metal object. (refer to the user manual for further instructions)
