Knows its job and does it well, same as others. Think more about the look you want for your house. I tried keeping all my appliances either black or silver to match the theme but this piece stood out because of its size/materials (which again are all described well in the description).

Only has one lever so both slots turn on instead of individual controls for each side. Advise that you start at a very low setting.

Decent price for a decent toaster

Slight con is that there is not the bars that lift up for toasting bagels or croissants but that is just a nitpick.

4 slice toaster

Even if they are frozen, you can defrost and toast all at the same time. This toaster also toasts up to 4 slices of bread. Depending on how small the bread you may be able to toast more. The bread comes out very nicely toasted. You need to watch your toast or whatever you're toasting the first time. The setting run a little hotter than most toasters I've had.

Gets the job done

This toaster was a little bigger than expected. It also does not evenly toast the bread therefore I move the toast around at least once to get a consistent toasting. I do like the long slot to toast large sour dough slices.
