    This knife really does slice with ease. I purchased it to slice through thick upholstery foam and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it did so. My only con is the knife is really long when put together but easily comes apart for storage. I am very happy with my purchase.

    Cut the New Year's ham wonderfully. Easy to use. Never had one before and wishing I had big roasts so I could use it more often.

    i preface this with this: this was the first electric knife I've ever used. It cuts well, I need to learn how to slice thin but it does a good job. Slicing a brisket that usually takes me 10-15 min with a regular knife took me 5 and that was mostly bc it was new to me. My only complaint is I wish the blades were 1"-2" longer

    The knife had difficulty cutting hard cheese. We reverted to using a sharp non-electric knife - simpler to operate and simpler to clean. The on button was difficult to keep engaged.

    This is a basic, inexpensive electric knife which functions well (it cuts as advertised). However, the knife is very hard to hold and clumsy to use because the plastic handle is so thick.
