Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have researched for a good screen for us for a while and then I picked the Spectrum 84" motorized screen. The screen itself is good. The installation (wall mount) was easy. It's easy to lower and raise, and pause at any height. The pickup service was quick and easy. There are a couple of flaws I have to point out (maybe we just got unlucky). First, the motor does not run smoothly sometime. I assume this related to the second problem, i.e. the shaft was not secured on the motor properly. The shaft moved sideways when the motor was running. Also there are some cosmetic issues, the plastic side cap does not fit well, and side metal plate was screwed on badly and the screw was crooked. If you use the screws provided with the package to screw into the stud, good luck.
