Awesome tablet for little ones

They are allowed to use their tablets in the car while driving around town or traveling. We limit the amount of screen time because I believe children should be playing and not on the screen 24/7.

Perfect Beginner Tablet

We had an issue with one starting up, but Best Buy was great about exchanging it. Since this is a new product we expect there to be a few bugs that need to be worked out. The product seems to be very sturdy and fits great in the little ones hands. We like that the PBS videos and games are safe for their ages and that there are parental controls available.

Poor Device

I had this tablet for barely over a month and was down to 1 hour battery life. I sent to manufacturer with full warranty intact back in August for a replacement and now 3 months later still no tablet. This company has the worst customer service. Ive tried to follow up numerous times for my replacement but get nothing but excuses. I would avoid purchasing if I were you.
