Don’t waste your money!

Have done factory resets and “special” resets provided by customer service. This never worked. Complete waste of money. Was purchased in October but given as a Christmas present and no longer returnable according to Best Buy.

Issues outta the box

The set up didn't even follow the directions that came with it....once it was finally set up (6 hours later) this thing would just keep resetting itself (rebooting). Returned this pain in my butt to the store and got my money back and bought a kids kindle fire.

Won’t turn on

Called customer support and they wouldn’t help either. Couldn’t do more than hit reset button on back and hope it would work, didn’t. Don’t waste money on this.

I returned these and went with iPads mini instead. Yes, it cost more. But the price of ownership and the parent controls that Apple offer make it worth it. Save up and go Apple!
