Nipples Collapse Frequently-Fix Needed ASAP!

TGM here with a straight-to-the-point, informative review. We have a little munchkin in the house, and from day one, we've relied on the Ember Baby Bottle System for its convenience in warming bottles to the perfect temperature every time.
I want to emphasize that we've used all four levels of nipples, and they all have a recurring issue that needs urgent attention: the nipples collapse like crazy! We've had to purchase five packs of two nipples for every stage, knowing that some would be defective and collapse. Naturally, we discard the defective ones and keep the ones that work well.
Ember, please address this issue! While we love the product and appreciate its convenience, fixing this small yet significant problem would make it even better.
Thank you for making such an amazing product. Just a small fix, please!
