so easy to use. love the convenience of the cup. Would buy it again.

I bought this mug for my father-in-law. He loves it! Uses it every morning and is able to sip on his coffee throughout the day.

Overall, this is a good product. A couple things to change on the design are: 1. The white stains. Would have thought the material wouldn't do that since one would assume coffee is a drink that will be going into this cup. 2. The handle should have more rounded edges (especially on the larger mug) so it's more comfortable when holding it. The heating element is pretty good. I'm assuming they think you'll get through the first half of the cup fairly quickly (while it's hot) and the heating function then really only has to heat the second half of cup.

Great gift for the tea/coffee drinker! Bought for my wife for Christmas and she uses it daily! The required app takes some getting used to, to maintain your preferences but its worth it

Great mug and keeps the beverage warm. The battery life can be improved as it takes a while to fully charge it and may not be sufficient if you have frequent drinks.

Love the mug. Keeps coffee hot and at perfect temp even if I forget about it working.

10 Oz is way to small. Ember needs to make there cups larger, the cost for this can't be much more since it is just more material for the cup, the electronics wouldn't change.

Love that my coffee is still hot to the bottom of the cup. Everyone is so tired of me saying “my coffee is still hot”, that it was suggested I just get that tattooed to my hand.

Works great, keeps your coffee or other drinks hot for hours (if the drinks last you that long). Connects easily to the app.

It’s amazing! Works like advertised. Keeps my drink to the temperature I set it to, and even has an alarm for when you wanna use it for tea to let you know when you’ve steeped it enough.

This is an incredible mug I bought as a gift, and definitely plan to get one for myself! I ended up swapping the gold for the Copper. Super easy to setup, and easy to clean.
