    Garbage! Battery drops big numbers quickly. Coffee doesn’t stay hot it doesn’t stay connected. Overall horrible purchase

    The paint on the cup peels !!

    Nice idea and like it but paint started peeling inside of the cup so have to throw it away. This happened before the year was up but I waited too long to address so now the warranty will not cover it. I’m literally a year and one week from purchase.

    The hardware is great....the software is horrendous and makes this product totally useless. A real shame because I like the concept, just need a smarter company to design the software. I returned it for a refund.

    Definitely does not keep my coffee hot. Not good. I am going to look at my return options. I purchased a small Yeti cup and it does the work,

    I'm sure This is a good cup but for me I will pass the amount of money that this cup costs it needs to be bigger if you are drinking an espresso its fine but coffee with Creamer no way so I pass until you have a bigger cup.

    Really nice looking mug, keeps your coffee or tea hot till the last drop. Really love this, only wish the handle was more thick for a nice grip

    i was really excited to use this but honestly don't like it at all. i'm really bummed i missed the window to return because i'd love my money back. the app is super buggy, it constantly keeps disconnecting and connecting, the one time the temperature actually heated up was to too hot of a temperature and i couldn't change the temp. need i say more?!

    In theory this is a great product but it does not work. It randomly shuts off while it's supposed to be heating, so your coffee is never hot. It really sucks and is dissapointing.

    Defective out of the box

    I was very excited to buy this for my spouse since she's a heavy tea drinker. However. The mug wouldn't sync. Multiple factory resets and it finally worked. The mug has never recognized there was liquid (145 F) in it and reads as empty, even after multiple factory resets. We use C in our house instead of F, and even though the option to switch is visible, the app will not allow you to click it. Multiple additional resets and app uninstalls/reinstalls without results. The only recommendations for fixing any issues are the same: factory reset. But that doesn't correct how broken this item is. Such a disappointment.
