Like how it keeps my drinks at the exact temperature I want. Great battery when away from plate. If on the plate it has pretty much unlimited energy. Wish that on the Total pick you get to choose what color you want.

I received this mug as a gift. The mug is 10oz which is too small for me and makes me choose a smaller size on my keurig if i want to add creamer. The mug dies very quickly unless you leave it on the charger. It doesn't usually even last for 1 cup of coffee for me. The heating causes my coffee (with cream) to build up a gross film on the sides of the mug

This is my second ember one for home and one for work. stays hot for hours, sturdy, great looking.

Works as advertised. This is my favorite cup and I use it everyday. It keeps my drinks hot for most of the day. I would recommend it to everyone that likes hot drinks

I never thought a coffee mug would be something that I'd review, but this one left me with (almost) all good things to say. The design is super sleek and the ceramic is a nice feel. The bottom conductors matches with the design perfectly and the mug stays charged for A full day, if not more. My only concern is that after making your 10oz sized coffee in a Keurig, then adding creamer and sugar, the coffee rises right to the lid.

Okay, much better than expected. If you're looking at this you know what it does. It keeps you liquid refreshments at the temperature you want for much longer. It works very well. What was striking to me at first was the weight and seeming quality of the mug itself. Fantastic. Battery life feels a little short, the best use seems to be using the charger as a coaster next to your favorite place to imbibe. You will get more than an hour of life off the charger, but it's really nice to just put it down and keep it hot. Highly recommended.

Great fpr keeping your coffee warm throughout the day

Great mug, keeps your beverage hot. I got the 10oz size, but the 14oz might have been a better choice for me. Only thought would be to have a more ergonomic handle. The thin profile of the handle is a bit tough to hold, and it’s a bit small for even my fingers to fit through.

I used it everyday all day at work and I never run out of hot coffee/tea. Everyone thinks it is really cool.

I thought of this as rather frivolous - it was just a way to give myself something fun in the midst of the pandemic. However, it really does work and I use it almost every time I make coffee. I tend to get distracted and often end up throwing out coffee. With this, it's there, warm and waiting for me, when I get back to it. I do leave it on its charging coaster all the time if there is coffee in it. It has to have special handling - no dishwasher for it - and I wish it held a little more coffee. It only holds about 2 official coffee cups worth, not a big mug's worth

Pretty mug. Liking how it keeps coffee and tea warm. My issue is the length of time it takes to charge and the amount of time it holds the liquid warm at temp. It would be nice if there was a notification alert to when the cup is about to stop keeping my coffee warm due to battery dying. I’d also like the cup to have a brighter light to indicate when it’s charging or when it’s dying. Currently to see the light, the current kitchen lights need to be turned off. The indicator light is so far at the bottom, I need to bend down to see it in the day or turn off the lights. Also, the cup is not dishwasher safe. I’m a lazy man and when a cup like this is mixed with regular dishes, I want to grab all dirty dishes and put it in the dishwasher. Now I have to take my sweet time and identify which one of these don’t belong. It’s a fun game. You should try it!

I have bought several of these the last 6 years. All are still working, But, the interior paint(?) in the inside is coming off from the only white one I have. The black one seems to be fine of the same age. You should also know the chargers start to fail after a few years, but can be fixed with a soldering iron if you are up for it. I recommend these to every person who asks about it

I got this mug because my office is chilly and my desk is right next to a cold air vent, which always makes my hot drinks cold really fast. This mug keeps every last drop at the perfect temperature! I knocked off one star because setup was a bit if a hassle, the mug wouldn't stay connected to my phone (bluetooth). I had to reset the mug and reinstall the app several times. But once you set the temperature you want you don't need the app anymore.

I purchased a second Ember device for home because I liked the first one I got for the office so much. It’s simple to use and I look forward to slowly sipping my coffee. The only downside is that I should’ve splurged on the larger size. I tend to drink my coffee black but I do like to add milk to my tea. I don’t think the smaller size is adequate for drink and add-ins.
