Sleek and beautiful! Works great to keep your beverage at the drinking temperature you prefer. Very easy to use.

Every sip is like the first, fresh, warm and freaking exhilarating. This cup is amazing. It truly provides "the perfect sip" every time. Only problem is the battery goes dead relatively quickly... approx 90-120 minutes. I'm a 2-3 cup guy. The first 1-2 cups go down in the first two hours I'm up. Then I kind of slowly drink the 2nd or 3rd cup until about 10:00 -11:00 am.

These mugs are decent. They keep your drink somewhat warm for up to ~an hour and a half, even if you have it set on the charging pad. The heating element is located at the base of the cup which creates more of a temperature gradient, which is pretty noticeable if you have a full cup of coffee. If you have a milky drink like a latte in it the milk usually burns a little at the bottom leaving a fatty residue, which isn't a big deal but it isn't ideal. Ultimately I find these mugs to be overpriced and not worth it when you can get a really good thermos for a fraction of the price and it will actually keep your drink warm longer given the limited battery life of the mug. It's unclear how long the batteries on these will last. It could be that over a year or Overall, these mugs aren't quite worth the price, though I really wanted them to be.

Docked a star for the price, but if you're willing to spend the money, this mug is amazing! Nothing like having hot coffee at your desired temp for hours if you choose (by using the charger as a base). Using silicone spoons to stir due to the endless number of peeling reviews out there, but no issues so far

If you ever need to complicate a cup of coffee, get one of these. The cup itself is great. Very sturdy…if not heavy. Keeps coffee warm…when it works. Most reviews on other sites fault this to the app, which is glitchy, at best. When I get annoyed, I revert back to my little coffee hotplate(which only cost $20 and works every time I turn it on), or the microwave…and you can’t use the Ember on/in either.

Works well to keep coffee the exact temperature I like. Easily controlled with app. If not on the charger the battery is enough to keep coffee warm about 75-90 minutes based on my experience. Easy to charge just put it on the charger stand. Easy to clean with soap and water.

Got this on sale for $99 and it was very nice. Great construction however if you are a huge back-to-back coffee drinker, you may want to consider that the battery life is about 80 minutes and you may want to purchase multiple bases/lids for it. Great concept though! Wish the battery was a little bit longer, but for how light the cup is, I can’t complain.

My wife loved it, her coffee at the right temperature and stays warm from the first sip. Made of good material, great look and easy to clean it. Noticed there were several options in colors and sizes. It’s the kind of gift that will be used and not put aside. I don’t know if it can be engraved, which would be great.

It definitely works as advertised: your coffee stays hot until your last sip. However, it does come with a price tag just over $100. That being said, it's a splurge I do recommend if youre a big coffee or hot tea drinker - its so worth it if you are.

Does exactly what its supposed to do. Keeps my coffee hot and is easy to clean/use. The only 2 compliants I have is that when the level of coffee in the cup gets low, it seems to overheat it which causes a bit of burnt taste and that the Ember app on Android will sometimes just not work correctly, requiring disconnect/reconnect or uninstall/reinstall. The app isn't needed all the often as you can just set your desired temperature and leave it.

Mug shows charged to %100. As soon as I take it off of the charging coaster the percentage drops below %90. It doesn’t last anywhere near the advertised 80 minutes at a setting of 136 degrees. When on the coaster the battery still dies if keeping coffee hot and will randomly shut off saying the cup is empty. Notifications show up continuously once the beverage has reached your set temperature. I had to shut them off. I have attempted to contact Ember 3 different times for support with absolutely no success. They never follow up or contact me at all. If it stopped working tomorrow, I would not spend the money again. For the price, I had hoped for a higher level of service from Ember. Realistically, I might have been better off with one of the cheap ones from Amazon.

This is a great mug for the all day coffee drinker. The battery life is not great so make sure you leave the coaster style charger nearby. Very high quality and easy to clean.

The app is very easy to setup. Works well and keeps coffee warm. Only con is it isn't dishwasher safe.

I’ve been using the Ember Smart Mug every day since I bought it, and I can honestly say it’s a game-changer. I used to constantly reheat my coffee, but now it stays at the perfect temperature from the first sip to the last. The app is super easy to use, and I love being able to set my preferred temp (135°F is my sweet spot).

I purchased the Ember a week ago and i absolutely love the fact that it is easy to set up and use. The product works as advertised and keeps your drinks at your desired settings. I will be buying more as Holiday gifts. Taneisha Howell

I've had my Ember for about 2 months and use it everyday! As someone who always has to get up and leave their desks, it can take up to 2 hours for drink my coffee. I would normally come back to lukewarm coffee which no one likes. Now my coffee is always at the right temperature. The one drawback is that the battery only lasts about 80 minutes and at which point it stops heating. Not that big of a deal for me as I have the charger right on my desk, but if your charger is not near by that might be an issue.

Recently purchased. Battery might last 15 min on the pre-set temp. I really am not interested in putting the ap on my phone. Registerd the mug and put in a support ticket within 24 hrs of receiving this. Yes i did fully charge it. While it works... it is awesome. But frankly the coffee doesn't cool down much in 15min anyway. It has been a few weeks. No response from customer service at ember. I think i might still be in the return window... maybe not. I really liked the coffee staying hot, but a 15 min window and has to get back on the charger isn't worth it to me. I wish it did work for a longer time frame... support is nonexistent from ember.

Absolutely awesome to keep at the desk. Keeps temperature exactly how i like it. The battery is nice for not placing it directly on the base all the time but nothing else - runs out in 40 minutes or less. Bluetooth connection is iffy at best, but i rarely change settings. Wish it would have the controls on the mug itself.
