Does what its supposed to do. There are a few kinks which I hope they will fix soon, because they are solvable, such as the occasional disconnect from the app. The big negative being that it was expensive!

This was a gift for my wife, although initially she gave me a bad look, now she won't leave it alone, she loves the mug and to be able to enjoy hot coffee all the time.

Does a good good. Used with coffee, tea and cocoa. The downside is having to charge after each use. My morning coffee usually uses a complete charge (about 2 hours).

Love the ember cups. Just like anything else, it has flaws. The charger will break 3 years later due to crappy pins. A few fixes online will tell you how to fix it.

Easy to program and adjust the temperature to suit your taste . Called Ember customer support to ask a couple of questions ,I cannot say enough nice things about them ! They were very helpful and knowledgeable Great people.

This is a perfect heating mug. After helping my mom install the app on her phone/ipad she never has a cold cup of tea again.

Good coffee mug. Keeps coffee warm for extended hours as described. Only issue is coffee at the very end can taste a little burnt from the heater. Overall good mug.

This is one of those products, I didn't know I needed until I got it. Legit keeps the coffee warm all through the work day! Also has a nice modern sleek look to it.

I love it. I don’t drink my coffee immediately. It sits on my desk and I sip at it. By the time I get to the bottom, it’s cold as ice. My new Ember mug keeps my coffee warm to the end. Very happy!

I have had these mugs for many years, really good investment if you like your coffee hot :)

I got this for my boyfriend. He has one at work and wanted one for home. Now I must get me one. This keeps your coffee at a drinkable temperature all day. Love it.

This item performs as advertised, but there are significant drawbacks for me. The instructions say not to put it in a microwave. I use refrigerated creamer, which I typically warm in the microwave in the coffee mug. With the Ember i have to use two cups. I also find, like most coffee mugs, that it is best to warm the cup with hot water before using it. This product is not worth the cost.

Does it’s job keeping the temperature steady. If there is just a little left in your cup remember to turn it off. Mine is discoloring at the bottom and haven’t had it a month. Otherwise good product.
