    I have really enjoyed it. Not certain that I will purchase it again when Walmart has something similar. But I do like it. One of my favorite things is that when the cup is empty it shuts off which is extremely important to me.

    This product is great! Works as expected. I originally ordered the smaller size but returned it, highly suggest going with the 10z size. Sure does beat having to microwave you coffee in morning to keep it warm.

    The fact that Best Buy no longer sells this sell a lot. The first time I use the mug, it was great. The second time, and every time since the battery lasts less than 45 minutes. I tried to contact the company, but no response. They don’t have a phone number and they don’t answer email or their text support line.

    Warms well. Battery is long lasting. No complaints at all. Only thing is that the mug takes a while to warm the water, but working from home gives me plenty of time to wait.

    Looks great and does it's job. But be careful about about leaving a sip in the mug for a longer time, it will evaporate and leave a tough stain

    It is nice to have such a cup to keep tea or coffee hot. But its reliability needs to be improved. There have been a quite a few times there is drink in the cop but the cup cannot turn on automatically
