I have both the travel mug and the home mug. The home mug works out better because I usually finish my coffee earlier and can keep it on the charger. I take the travel mug to work and takes sips throughout the morning. Coffee really only stays warm for the first hour. I will need to bring the charger for longer usage. I think the new version may have longer battery life.

I wish the battery lasted longer. The cup is amazing. Options are still somewhat limited.

So I got this mug as a gift in October as a birthday gift, didn't get time to open it up until now. I was very very excited on the first day as it just seemed to solve my problem of a scalded tongue (temperature control) or hot coffee getting cold. It worked great on the first day so my wife got excited and got hers from best buy. Luckily I returned hers but could not return mine as return window is passed. Now the real issue of me giving it one-star battery drains within 30-40 minutes of usage, making it useless, It's like it should be always on the charger. I was very excited on getting this, but it's useless for me now.

My Wife absolutely loves this mug.. As a coffee aficionado, she won't drink out of any other container now.. Her coffee is always at the perfect temperature for her.. Easy to charge almost anywhere..

Great product, keeps drinks very hot! Only issue is the battery life

Received this as a gift, and I love it! Would have purchased one for myself if not having been gifted one. Easy to use and the app is easy to navigate. Connects to my phone with zero issues. Only complaint would have to be the battery doesn’t last as long as I would like it too.

I enjoy drinking my coffee with the travel mug but the technology needs improvement. The bluetooth on the travel mug seems to be off when trying to connect with my phone most of the time, also travel mug highest temperature is 62.5 degrees celsius. If you leave your coffee for a couple of hours and it’s cold the travel mug would say it’s empty while it’s full half way, I would like the travel mug 3 to have more on high temperature and better battery life.

It worked great the first two times I used it, but since then the battery has about 10 minutes of life, if that. Will work if you keep it on the charger, which I suppose is fine for the home office. Also the volume is really small; you’ll find yourself sizing down on anything you drink to make it fit. Overall, very expensive for what you get.

Heats up pretty quick, taste is delicious. Extremely easy to use. This is really made for those who ONLY like to drink hot drinks on a daily. It’s pretty expensive and it will definitely show it if you‘re not a constant hot drinker user.

I love the idea of a heated coffee mug! As soon as I got home I plugged it up and wanted to test it right away but it didn’t work. The battery would say charged when on the charger but as soon as I went to turn it on it showed the battery was empty. Sadly I had to return it because the price is way to expensive for a cup that doesn’t work.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband last year because I typically warm up my coffee 2-3 times. I so badly wanted to love it, I do love the concept but I just couldn’t justify paying $170 with tax when the battery only lasted an hour. The battery life needs to be longer especially for that price tag. I keep checking for a new & improved product because I would definitely invest in one, once they’re able to extend the life of the battery.

battery dont last for long time and size is small. overall isn't perfect

the only reason why i got this was because it was on Deal of the Day Sale. Even so, I feel like its wayyyyyy over priced at $79.99 on that day (usually $150 on reg price before taxes). The battery dies really, really fast, and it relies a lot on the battery to keep the drink warm. In my opinion, even the cheapest thermal tumbler does a better job at keeping the drink warm. There have also been multiple times already when ive just taken it off my keurig brewer and the led lights, as well as the app would tell me that the cup is empty, and what i found to be the only way around it is to turn it off then back on for no less than 3 times before it actually works. The only cool thing i can possibly point out are the LED lights thats pretty much the only thing that makes it customizeable.

Great mug. Keeps drinks hot for quite a while, but don't use it to heat up a drink, it will drain the whole battery very quickly and not get the drink very hot.

It works exactly as advertised and keeps coffee hot for a long time. It's easy to use and easy to clean. The companion app even alerts you when the battery is low.

Keeps my coffee hot for two hours. Overall build quality is great. The app makes it easy to control temperature and updates. Overall I would absolutely recommend.

Great Mug! Wish it didn't glitch for only owning for less than a year and the lid collapsed and broke. Luckily I reached out to the company and they happily, and quickly, sent me a replacement.

I bought this mug for my husband November 5th 2019. During the covid-19 crisis we went for groceries, and it was taken out of our cart. Broke my heart my husband enjoyed the mug so much. It kept his Coffee hot at the perfect temperature. He showed it off at his office. I decided to buy him another one instead of getting me the smaller one and it was worth it for him to have that coffee just the way he likes it. I can't say enough good things about this product

Keeps your drinks at the temperature you prefer to drink it at does exactly what it says great if you keep it on the coaster still has a good amount of time off the coaster

Doesn't take too long to charge. Wish it lasted longer. Must integrate a cooling option to keeps things cold. Easy to open and close top.
