Purchased as a gift for my wife. She complained that it didn't hold a charge long so I charged it, stuck a thermometer in it and watch it till the battery died. Sure enough the best I could get was 75 minutes. The feel of the mug is top notch and I love the embedded display. Use of the mug is really easy. The app is not super intuitive, but it works. It's really unfortunate on the run time, but that's unacceptable for a 150 dollar mug.

A decent travel mug, but not worth the price for a low battery life. I bought this product for my wife who is an avid coffee drinker. She has roughly a 45 minute commute to work and the battery was dead by the time she got there, on a full charge. She was hoping to get a lot more life out of it, but had to return item.

Bought this mug as a gift for my Mother, who is a coffee addict. She is so in love with her mug and not needing to reheat her coffee. This has literally changed her coffee drinking experience!

Got this as a present for my coffee loving boss. He loves it. It’s the 2ns ember I have bought and they make excellent products. Perfect travel companion.

Great concept but charge doesn’t last too long making this useless unless you have the charging pad with you (which why would you for travel). For the price I wasn’t impressed, save your money.

I have one i got last year. This is a gift for my mom. Love this mug for tea also great for coffee on the go. Just wish it had a longer battery life.

I bought this for my wife who likes to take hot coffee or tea with her when she goes on trips as well as errands. She always feels rushed to drink her coffee/tea before it cools. Not now! It’s hot for two hours or more with the top on. If you leave the top off, which she does around the house, it has a harder time keeping it hot so may only go 1 1/2 hrs but really this is fine. There is a new model which is supposed to last longer and has a few design changes but have not tried it.

It looks cool and keeps your coffee at temperature for approximately 2 hours but it is difficult to live with. Turning it on and off is problematic, I have to reset it at least once per charge - the app is terrible and it's notifications are annoying to say the least. So it looks cool and it kind of works - I really wish that it was better sorted because it could be awesome but what do I know? I'm the guy that spent 150.00 on a coffee cup.

Good idea for a product but doesn’t always work. At times it will not turn on even though it is fully charged. The manufacturer is aware of the problem and gives suggestions for overcoming the problem bu they don’t always work the first time.

Bought this mug for my wife for Christmas, but she could not find the value for what this product does. We ended up returning, but I guess for those who need to continuously control the temperature of their beverages, this is for you.

Nifty. Does what it’s supposed to do and looks stylish. Battery could be better but it’s good enough for one use.

I had hoped it would heat longer if kept on the base, but even on the base only heats for 2 hours. Keeps constant temperature for 2 hours.

Bought as a gift for a coffee lover. The charge lasts less than 2 hours, but he didn't complain. Said its nice for his ride to work.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he loves it. The design is great, however the reason for only 4 stars is because the battery does not last long.

I bought this not sure if I would like it. from the first use, I have very happy. it works well. I keep it charged most of the day on my desk. in the car on the way to work, it keep it at the temp that i set. Pairing this with my phone was very easy. I did buy an extra charging plate so I have one at work and home. I would recommend this product.

I have been eyeing this mug for 2 years now, finally saw it on sale at Best Buy and couldn’t resist. I had a little plug in coffee warmer at my desk before but this is so much better, it keeps coffee or tea at just the right temperature and you don’t have to keep it on the warming plate the whole time. I love bringing my mug to the couch or the deck outside and sipping my warm drink at my leisure.

Absolutely love it, design and functions are amazing, keeps coffee/tea hot enough. Will recommend to everyone!

I bought this for my parents because it was a really neat concept, the only issue they have is that the battery doesn’t last that long
