I purchased it late last fall and it took me about a month before I started using it. Here is what I experienced Pros: Looks great; Heats water fast; neat temperature setting with changing lite show (Not necessary) Cons: 1- No Stay warm function, so after it reaches the preset temperature it shuts down. 2- Opening too narrow so I can't get my hand inside to clean 3-Tea strainer is too flimsy and it falls into the kettle when I try to fish it out 4- This is April, so after 5 month of use, but it already it leaks from between the upper glass portion and the cap portion. 5- After 4 month of use, the lid began to stick sometime (remember ony

It's like a metal (cheese) grater pipe in the middle, but very fine and feels high quality. free tea leaves haven't sifted through at all. the light is cool, I know it's on in the early AM. it takes about 2 seconds, it seems to be ready and then the color light turns off. The manual does say to unplug when not in use. I usually do this anyways, but I thought this was strange. the buttons seem like they will last, there are only 3 or 4 buttons. easy to clean. the steel where the water bowls from, has gotten a little brown colored after only 7 uses. I doubt I can stick my hand in to clean it. I just use it for tea and hot water. I have an egg cooker that shows some light brown water spots too after use, so seems normal. I plan to also use it to start water for boiling noodles, because it is very fast. much faster than stove.

We use this for make hot water. It’s really works great. It’s makes noise when it’s heating but it’s very quick

As something of an avid tea drinker, this pot is a must-have. TBH, I don't know why it took me so long to own one. It's so affordable, efficient and modern looking, I love it. Since I drink tea alone, it could be smaller! Lol

Good pot for the price. The reason for the 4 stars due to the cap opening is quite small. Otherwise, it's almost perfect.

The kettle boils water very fast, faster than my 1200W microwave oven or mettle tea kettle on gas stove cooktop. Very slick design, with beautiful and colorful LED lights indicating temperature while it's working. All essential and convenient features, including auto shutoff, are built in.

This is such a nice unit. This just made my life alot easier and I love that it has a diffuser. It makes great tea and I am going to save a boat load of money instead of purchasing the pre-made ice tea jugs at the grocery store. It makes tea pretty quick too.

Amazing. This is an essential kitchen item. We boil water for tea, coffee, oatmeal, ramen noodles/soup. It is fast. Would definitely recommend and also bought one for my mom.

Love it, easy to use. Takes a little longer to heat up than my old one, but really like the color coding lights. Would recommend.

I recently started drinking more tea lately and have found this kettle to be a great aid in helping me do that. It's pretty cool to look at the LED lights at the different temperatures and heat some water for tea fairly quickly. It's also great because sitting on the counter it looks nice and fits in with my more modern Minimalist aesthetic.

I use this product every day for making tea. It heats water very fast. I would rate higher if it would continue to heat the water after you pour your first cup of tea.
