Q: what is the length of the cord?
A: the length of the cord is 29 inches. it's thick too. The good thing, is it also has a little circular area under neath to wrap about 10 inches under the pot, to make it shorter. the manual says to unplug it when not in use. I thought this was strange, for something that can be used daily, but maybe this is common safety practice for niche fast working electronics.
Q: Is the infuser removable as to where you can just boil water without the infuser in the kettle ?
A: Yes the mesh infuser is easy to remove & is not necessary to boil water.
A: I use family size tea bags. I just fold them over & drop them into the mesh basket. Easy peasy!
