I would've given 5 stars, if it wasn't delivered with missing accessories (the kebab skews were missing). BestBuy Customer Service was very apologetic and since the Fryers were sold out, I couldn't do an exchange. I use the Fryer almost everyday. So far, I'm loving it. At first, I thought it was huge. But, after using it the size is perfect.

Got this on deal of the day. Cooks great. Like the three shelf design. Major problem removing food without getting burnt. Would like it more if they had some handles on racks. Also you must hold on to unit to open door or it will tilt and lift up off counter.

We are a family of four and our previous air fryer was just not cutting it. Too small and we had to cook in batches. When the Emerald - 16L Digital Air Fryer Oven went on sale I had to get it - and don't regret it one bit. This is a perfect size for us. It can cook on multiple levels and has enough space for our needs. Food comes out just as good as the previous air fryer and is easy to use. The overall size is perfect. Not too big on our counter space, but not too small either. I would highly recommend this for a household of 4+ people.

bought bc my oven doesn't work well.. takes some time to get temp and time right fir what you are making which is normal for anything... great product, just wish the rotisserie part could be stored easier but otherwise easy to use

Seems OK, we haven't had it for very long so I can't comment on durability. But there are a couple of things would make it a 5-Star. The Rotisserie and Basket share a shaft and screws. I haven't had a chance to use the rotisserie yet, but the prongs seem pretty weak. The listing shows a skewers and some stuff that would allow you to rotate them, but they aren't included.

Very spacey, cooks great fast, easy for very good healthy foods.

This air fryer is a good size to cook different types of food. I love cooking using the air fryer. Meats come out moist and vegetables cook well in it too. A great purchase.

The spit forks are cheap but regular spit forks work, have cook pies use bottom rack 300 degrees F. french fries, onion rings real good. breaded pork chops, all and all good value

Good: quality build and racks. Size holds a lot of food without taking up much counter space. Light switch. Glass door on the interior. Plastic on the outside of door. Bad: LED light only one color. Hard to know what mode your cooking in because everything stays brightly lit while cooking. No customer service available. Plastic on outside of door. Noisy.

New to Air Frying this one makes it easy to break into the Air Frying world. All accessories you need come standard. Have not tried the whole chicken yet but I am sure it works just as good. Built sturdy. Just pull it out so it has plenty of air space around the unit ensuring plenty of ventilation while operating Easy clean up

I hate adding more stuff to my counter, but this machine is being used every day in my house! Love it!! Can use all 3 racks at once to cook enough for all 3 of my teenage boys at once in a fraction of the time it takes an oven and everything is crispy! No soggy microwave blues anymore!

With five adults in the house during Covid-19, we thought we would give this a try, and we love it! The size is perfect for chicken wings and fries. Such a good purchase.
