But there are a couple of things would make it a 5-Star. The Rotisserie and Basket share a shaft and screws. I haven't had a chance to use the rotisserie yet, but the prongs seem pretty weak. The listing shows a skewers and some stuff that would allow you to rotate them, but they aren't included.

Love it!! Can use all 3 racks at once to cook enough for all 3 of my teenage boys at once in a fraction of the time it takes an oven and everything is crispy! No soggy microwave blues anymore!

Like the three shelf design. Major problem removing food without getting burnt. Would like it more if they had some handles on racks. Also you must hold on to unit to open door or it will tilt and lift up off counter.

BestBuy Customer Service was very apologetic and since the Fryers were sold out, I couldn't do an exchange. I use the Fryer almost everyday. So far, I'm loving it. At first, I thought it was huge. But, after using it the size is perfect.

Love This Air Fryer

Too small and we had to cook in batches. When the Emerald - 16L Digital Air Fryer Oven went on sale I had to get it - and don't regret it one bit. This is a perfect size for us. It can cook on multiple levels and has enough space for our needs. Food comes out just as good as the previous air fryer and is easy to use. The overall size is perfect. Not too big on our counter space, but not too small either. I would highly recommend this for a household of 4+ people.

Size holds a lot of food without taking up much counter space. Light switch. Glass door on the interior. Plastic on the outside of door. Bad: LED light only one color. Hard to know what mode your cooking in because everything stays brightly lit while cooking. No customer service available. Plastic on outside of door. Noisy.

- A:Answer I have moved around the world and dealt with this 220v/110v issue quite a bit. Although the answer to your question can only be answered by somebody who has the manual, I doubt very much that this unit works in both. Mostly electronics and things that don't pull too much power are equipped to handle both without any switches (laptops, cellphone chargers, many TVs) but anything with a motor (or clocks) may have a switch due to the 50Hz/60Hz difference in the current (220 and 110 respectively). If the motor is large, or the product uses heat, like this one, it becomes more expensive to make them dual voltage, so they only work one voltage, depending where they are sold. As an added tip, the first time I moved to a 220v country, I decided to buy all my electronics in the US, where they were much cheaper. I was moving to Africa, and customs were not an issue then. The price differnce was so huge that it made sensse for me to buy voltage converters and I also bought UPSs as the location had a lot of power outages. Well, the converters all worked well, but the UPSs connected to them would not charge! Certainly they depend on the current to be 60Hz, and with the 50Hz of 220v, they beeped and beeped until totally discharged. I bought some locally for outrageous amounts, but still less expensive than buying the electronics themselves there. I hope this helps!
