A: I have moved around the world and dealt with this 220v/110v issue quite a bit. Although the answer to your question can only be answered by somebody who has the manual, I doubt very much that this unit works in both. Mostly electronics and things that don't pull too much power are equipped to handle both without any switches (laptops, cellphone chargers, many TVs) but anything with a motor (or clocks) may have a switch due to the 50Hz/60Hz difference in the current (220 and 110 respectively). If the motor is large, or the product uses heat, like this one, it becomes more expensive to make them dual voltage, so they only work one voltage, depending where they are sold. As an added tip, the first time I moved to a 220v country, I decided to buy all my electronics in the US, where they were much cheaper. I was moving to Africa, and customs were not an issue then. The price differnce was so huge that it made sensse for me to buy voltage converters and I also bought UPSs as the location had a lot of power outages. Well, the converters all worked well, but the UPSs connected to them would not charge! Certainly they depend on the current to be 60Hz, and with the 50Hz of 220v, they beeped and beeped until totally discharged. I bought some locally for outrageous amounts, but still less expensive than buying the electronics themselves there. I hope this helps!

A: I don't think you would be able to use anything bigger than the trays that it comes with. They are about 11.5" wide by 10" deep
