Some of the reviews did complaint about buttons melting and sticky left over tape. For me, I’m pleasantly surprise the fryer is nicely build, ease to use, and ease to clean The size is perfect and it makes a nice addition to the kitchen this is a nice small appliance that we use almost every day and I'm very happy with the purchase and no complaints yet.

I like this one! I like this one! This is very convenient to use and you can unlock a lot of recipes from YouTube. I used it for breakfast and it saved me a lot of time, as compared to what I used to do with pan. It has many menu items. One thing to notice is that, if you want to add more heat time, the button may feel warm/hot as they are metal.

First the positives: good size; air-fries almost perfectly if you understand the settings; very good dehydration setting; relatively quiet operation. Now the negatives: too large (tall) as a countertop supplemental cooking device; heat insulation not very good, dissipates a lot of heat to the surroundings; not energy efficient.

Love the size! The controls seem odd at first but are easy to use once you get used to them. I also had to learn you don't hear anything unless its cooling down. There's a red light around the button when cooking.

It looks nice on my counter. It is not real loud when it is in use. I like the fact that it doesn't leave finger prints real ease. The inside is very easy to clean, all I do is wipe it out with a sponge and nothing really sticks, The window that tells you what your cooking at what temp and how long is very easy to read.

I have never owned an air fryer. But from friends who have, I am aware that an air fryer cooks quicker than this toaster oven air fryer. That being said, I have a small kitchen and would have no place for both a toaster oven and air fryer. I’ve idea the air fryer option several times and it works well. Just don’t expected the quick cooking you apparently get with a stand alone air fryer. Good products for the price and very easy to clean.

this is very good quality product for the price, specially off one get on del of the day price. Very easy to use, everyone in the house hold use it without any issues, it takes lot of counter space so defiantly check before you buy this unit, finish quality is very good, the only annoying part was the blue tape, the glue was stuck on the door it took me a while to clean it up without scratching the unit. so be careful, stainless steel finish of good quality as well.

I really have enjoyed this appliance. I have only had it for a few weeks but I have used it for steaks, pork chops and sausage and a few other things. Everything came out good and it was fast and easy. The only complain is that the sides are a little hard to clean. It takes some effort to clean between the grooves where the baskets slide in and out.

very versatile and still running great after 3 years

Foods come out crispy when using the air fryer and/or oven. The LCD screen is clear. It's a quiet machine. I have baked cakes in it and the results are great. This is a very, very good machine and the price I paid was excellent since Best Buy had it on sale.

Good product for the price, however the description os a little misleading on the different functions it offers. Basically it’s just a countertop air fryer. Overall we like the product and use it daily with no issues thus far.

Bought this to replace a dying toaster oven and reclaim some counter space from the air fryer. First and foremost, this thing works, and it works well. It was a little confusing at first, because it has a "cool down" cycle that continues after you're done cooking. But other than that, after you figure out how to use it, it works! Key phrase being "figuring out how to use it." It seems intuitive, but everyone who has used it immediately changes the setting when trying to set the temp/time option. Aside from the unbelievably sticky tape used to keep it together during shipping, the unit gets VERY warm during some modes, which is the only real drawback.

First off... this is an AMAZING little oven and air fryer! I've had it for a few weeks, and I love how versatile this oven has proven to be. Frozen pizza hot and crispy in 13 MINUTES! Reheated fried chicken is just as crispy as when it was first picked up! With that being said... the user interface makes absolutely no sense - what so ever. It's got like 20 different presets that don't actually change the functionality; and the display isn't very clear as to when the oven is in operation mode or cool down mode. Overall, as I said before, the actual results that this oven achieves is amazing... as long as you can get past the idiocy with which the user interface was designed.

Nice multi-purpose counter top appliance. Got it on sale so paid a great price at 50% off Christmas sale. Love all the features and the Air frying option along with oven, toaster, etc. great value and good size to make it very usable when I do not want to fire up the large oven.

So far it work reasonably well. takes time to determine proper time n temperature for air frying different foods. should have provided a better guide for same

Great size for air frying for a whole family. Temp seems a little lower than listed so round up for recipes. Controls are a little unintuitive but overall works well and cleans up easily

Awesome air fryer. The 25L capacity is great for large amounts of wings and fries for Sunday football games. The 2 tiers of loading cuts time off of cooking large quantities. I’m happy healthy and full! Love it!! Just be aware that on the first fry it may smoke a bit..however since then..no smoking ! Cooks about 20 wings per rack!

Very effective. However, the operation manual or button design is very weird. You need to spend some time how to operate correctly. I seen several peoples' complaint on that.

Works great and is easy to clean. Worried that it wasn't working.was so quite when running. The fan doesn't come on to cool it down until it quits cooking. Everything we have cooked has come out great. It does get very warm to touch on outside so be sure to give it plenty of room next to things. Would recommend!!

Easy to operate, spacious and lots of functions. My kids love it. This air fryer has everything I was looking for. I can see through the glass how my meals are being perfectly cooked.
