The unit is big, bit it looks nice so if you have the counter space it is a nice multi-functional device. I did not have the issue with the blue packing tape that others have described. I have done a lot of toasting in it and that works great. The airfrying works great as well, I would suggest using the times that are laid out in the instruction manual instead of the times on packages. I did some french fries and they had airfry instructions on it which didn't cook the food enough. When I did the times listed in the instruction manual, they turned out perfect.

We use this machine at least once a day. The three cocking layers makes for easy family meals and the basket itself is great for the kids chicken fingers and fries. It has one failure, the door has a tendency to not stay down when you are pulling food out which has been a bit of a issue. Haven’t been burned yet but have come close. It’s not a big enough problem to warrant a knock on review or return. I highly recommend it for family usage

Decent oven/air fryer for the price I paid ($99) compared to $200 for a brand name product.
Setting up was easy but getting used to this was little tricky. This makes lot of noise during the cooking process and after cooking cool down process. We like the size and capacity of this oven.
Overall seems like a decent product which gets the work done.

Was looking for a toaster oven as we haven't had much luck with regular slice toasters over the years. Discovered "air fryer" toaster ovens and chose this one after seeing several user reviews on YouTube regarding this one. Only giving 4 stars since I cannot stop the beep function at end of a cycle. I do not use noisy alarms especially when the rest of the family is sleeping. This one is loud. I also don't like that it beeps as I am turning the dials - again it would be far better if I could use it in "stealth" mode. Otherwise, it functions as it should and I enjoy using it. It does take up a good amount of space on the counter but I can put a 9x13" pan in it. I don't have to warm up my standard oven and therefore the house. I am still learning how to do this "air frying" stuff but so far I would say that I would not hesitate to get another one of these. I am a little worried about the LCD display and how long it will last. Time will tell.

Works great! Use it all the time. Cooks "take and bake" pizzas perfectly, so i imagine it does great with frozen ones too.
Power cord is a decent length (the model it replaced had one too short. I took that one apart to install a longer one).
Air frying is great. With or without oil. The higher temps combined with the fan is what makes thus possible.
I have not tried the sous vide function, but I'm sure its decent because the cooking temps seem to be accurate.
I took one star off only because it does not have an "off" button and the fan continues to run forever until you unplug it. Not a huge deal, but when the fan is running when you come back after eating 20 minutes later, it makes you nervous that maybe it will keep the heater going too.
How to reheat your steak left over: cut into thin slices and spread out flat on cooking sheet. Heat at 350 degrees with the fan on. (Don't bother with the preheat). It will be done in just a few minutes and it really won't be cooked much further. Perfect eating temp!
Add an "off" or "cancel" button and this would be 5 stars all day!
Bought on sale for $99.00. Decent deal at that price when compared to other brands.

Pretty good air fryer. Quicker than using a regular oven. Like some have mentioned, the beeping is pretty loud and there is no way to adjust it. Also once it has been on cooking for a while, the dial knobs do get hot. Other than that, no complains so far.

It'll take a little more time to learn this bettter, only because I tend to nuke food, this is almost like real cooking.
It is exactly what I wanted though, it's just that I have to learn to trust it before I start doing pizza's. That's the main reason for buying it, to cook a pizza. But like I said, I'm still learning and the trust isn't there yet. When I trust it more doubt I'll nuke as much as I do now.
Bought it on sale.

I wanted to get rid og my eletric oven so I bought this one with 50%. It is goid product and it is big, it took a while to learn how to use it. I still dont know how can I add time or increase or decrease time in a pre set selection., but it works fine. I forgot to say, I wouldnt pay full price

Most of this type of air fryer cost around 150-200 on amazon; Purchased this for $89 on sale, a fantastic value. I've used it a bunch to defrost and bake things, but not so much as an air fryer yet. The biggest frustration is the preheating can be a bit finicky.

My wife really wanted an air fryer because of all the hype. I shopped at Costco, Frys Electronics and other stores. When this model popped up for 89.99 for the deal of the day I had to jump on it. This wasn’t in stock at any Best Buy location but the good news it was free delivery which helps since the box was pretty big.
We love this air fryer as it was able to cook shrimp, pork chops, and much more without so much added grease that a frying pan would do. We have used this for more than a couple of weeks and so far so good.
I read the other reviews about some blue tape that is hard to peel off. Our unit didn’t have any blue tape and it looked new and was easy to setup and use. We are happy with it. The only thing to note is I have never bought an item with only six month factory warranty. For the price I paid I decided to skip the extended warranty and hope it last a couple of years.

It does a good job of cooking. Have not had it long enough to try all available aspects, but so far so good. It has more features than the one we just retired so it will take some getting used to (we're old). It is well built and looks good....easy to clean.

For $99 on sale @ Best Buy you simply can’t find anything that’s is bigger and better than this.
Way to go Best Buy....
However, there’s still room for improvement
1. The tape that’s hold the door must have been there a long time. When you peel it off be extra careful because it just peel of a thin top layer and there’s a tape mark on your appliances ( not good )
2. The perforated rack could be a bit stronger

Great way to reheat left overs that were crunchy. Also like to use this to keep from heating up the oven to make a few cookies or other things. Fixes corn dogs really good. Tried frying chicken sure makes a greasy mess that I hate trying to clean. Like heating up rolls and some other leftovers much better than a microwave. Glad I purchased this.

This oven is great! Had an insignia air fryer but this is great in size and versatility. Can do several things in it.
