My family does not particularly like the way food tastes, but I am hoping its just because I haven't figured out all of the tricks to making sure the food is fully cooked without undercooking it. It is definitely healthier than frying. It did emit a chemical smell the first few times it was used.

Don't stack food like fries on top of each other, only cover bottom, otherwise they won't all cook.

Food taste pretty good and not dried out like the Forman grill. Would get 5L maybe next time just to have more room to cook for more people. The 3.2L size is fine for individual to two people cooking. Buttons are easy to use. Only problem is the Teflon on the grease catcher is peeling off and not sure how that affects the fryer in the long run. Also only gets up to 400 degrees which some foods call for 410-420. Also got it on sale.
