    Fist time use this , the bottom of inner pan is very easy to get sticky and hard to clean, but overall is a good Air Fryer, good for first time user.

    The Emerald - 4.2 qt Air Fryer was given an average rating as my okra did not cook properly. I have not used it since.

    Idk why but my air fryer is not heating up. I’ve left my wings cooking for literally 30 mins each side so a whole hour and they are just warm!

    I finally made a decision to try an air fryer. Unfortunately, I was unable to “fry” potatoes. Very, very I mean very noisy. I just tried once and returned it.

    Pure junk. No bells and whistles doesn’t work and always smells like melting plastic. The smell never went away after several uses and washes so I gave it to a homeless person. The plastic smell rubs off on your food making everything taste like burnt plastic

    Emerald Airfryer stopped working exactly after a year of purchase. Its running but not heating. Not worth buying this. My first experience with a bad appliance.

    The product came broken twice. It was a gift and we had to keep exchanging it and when it got delivered it was broken. They finally refunded the money instead.
