I recommend playing around with the temperature on the pre-installed food temperature recommendations because sometimes you might have to go up in temp or down.

The only thing that I don’t like about it is that it’s so loud! Not only when it is on and operating but even when you’re pressing the buttons. It has a loud and annoying beeping sound that you can’t adjust or turn off.

We use it every day, not just for frying but it's the bomb at warming foods. It truly is an air fryer, roaster, and super convection oven! Superfast also. I wouldn't order one with fewer watts or a smaller size unless you are cooking for one.
