Quick meal preparation. However, I do wish the fryer and basket was larger to alleviate cooking in batches.

Excelent product so happy with this air fyer... love it

I bought this a while back but just used it earlier today - once! The end result was good, but I had to pull it out and reinsert it 3 times for 20-minute run of a batch of French fries due to E2 error, that I don't think this is a good buy. I'm going to return it. I do not recommend it!

A friend recommended her to me and I know from her that she is very good.

It does its function. But after a year using it it gets rusty everywhere and it doesn't change if you wash it constantly. Also, the cover of teflon or whatever is in the grill fells off. So if you're going to buy this make sure to purchase an insurance because definitely you will use it.

I am glad I did not give a review of this item as soon as I bought it, but after owning it for exactly over a year, I can boldly say that I would not recommend it. We tried everything we could to take care of it, but it looks so old and worn out right now. This is the only item I have purchased from BB that I would not recommend. If I had bought the protection, I would have returned it by now. Not sure what BB or the manufacturer can do, but this item is not stainless at advertised. As a loyal BB customer, I would appreciate if something can be done. I don’t usually complain, but this did not meet my expectations for BB purchases, and I am left without an air fryer for now, which is so sad!

So disappointed. Hard to clean BC sticks everything no warranty offer no number to call. Try to get a new basket but is hard to find BC the shape is weird. Has to buy anew one after 6 months. Very disappointed

Purchased it based on high rating, but I received the one was defect with missing bolts and nuts that fix the basket and handle. Returned it to local store and tried to get a replacement, but not in stock, just wasted 2 weeks of time waiting it arrive, did not have chance to use.

I purchased the product was very excited to get it to find it missing pieces that keeps the basket secure. I sent in a warranty request the same day I picked it up and sent pictures to prove along with picture of my order number and sku. And received another email to send a proof of purchase I thought the picture of my order number would be sufficient. I guess not.

This is a nice size 5.2L air fryer! We keep finding new items to cook or to reheat in it and it does not disappoint! My favorite has been chicken that cooked up crispy and fast. My husband has even reheated fish and leftover French fries from several restaurants in it and they taste as good as If they were coming fresh out of their fryer after just a few minutes of heating. I purchased frozen breaded shrimp today to try in it. We purchased our Emerald Air Fryer on a Best Buy Deal of the Day at a great price and it is worth every penny spent. Clean up is easy. I think this air fryer would make excellent gifts for family members too!

Bought in jun 2021 and in jan 2022 the coating coming off of basket

This has been a great addition to our kitchen. We cook frozen french fries, baked potatoes, fish, chicken wings, you name it and the food comes out great! Top your food like wings, chicken and baked potatoes with olive oil and it will come out nice and crispy. It's a nice size so you can fit a whole chicken in the basket. I got this on sale for $42.99 and it was a steal. Easy to clean, I put aluminum foil inside the basket and clean up is so easy. Warm it up at 360 for 3 minutes first without the foil. If there is a few cons is that you can't see the food cooking since there is no window but that is nit picking. The presets aren't perfect so you may have to experiment with some foods to get it down right. Overall a fantastic air fryer that I highly recommend!

Due to COVID I’ve found myself cooking a lot for my kids. They of course only the usual chicken tenders and fries. I already felt guilty of what they were eating but having to fry it just made it worse. I Saw how little and sometimes no oil was needed with an air fryer so after much thinking went ahead and bought it. Best thing ever! It’s easy to use and again very little to no oil is needed when using it. It seems to work really well with all frozen food but we’ve also made chicken and it’s also very good. The preset settings are pretty on point but I’ve added additional minutes when cooking chicken bc I like it a little crispy. It's also very easy to clean. Waiting on the pizza and baking dish to try with the air fryer. We r a family of 5 and this is a perfect size for our meals. Also bought this on sale with free shipping so that was another bonus!

This thing has been great! Its very large and can make a side dish like fries or tots for a family of 7 with ease. It makes fried food crisp and delicious, and makes frozen foods like nuggets, popcorn shrimp and jalapeno poppers with ease. Great for reheating leftovers from the bar and grill, like fries and chicken fingers without making them soggy. Super easy for the kids to use too! I got this as a 'Deal of the Day' for $54.99, and it has been worth every penny.

Easy to clean, easy to use! Great size for family. Worth the money. Could be a little less noisy, but it is not too bad either. Pros are a lot more than cons.

It has a large capacity and is easy to program. Food comes out evenly fried and there are only three parts (the unit, basket, basket holder) so it's easy to maintain and clean. Two downsides: because of its large capacity it takes up a lot of room on a counter. Also, it really, REALLY stinks during the first few uses, so you'll need to to run it through four or five test cycles first. The instructions recommend this; but the strength of the odor surprised me. Even after the test cycles there will be an odor; but nothing transfers to the food. I'd definitely recommend it.

Pros: Sleek looking device. Instructions to get started were easy. The basket is a good size with a 4 inch depth and about 10 in radius. It’s easy to clean but be sure to check and cracks and crevices. Con: You have to pull the tray out in order to flip your food which requires good enough counter space. That’s in addition to the 4 inches of clearance space needed from walls and other appliances. Although my chicken was crisp on the outside, there was a blood spot inside although thermometer showed internal temp was in the 165-185 range. Disappointment: The handle that is used to pull out the drawer and remove the basket tray up and out give way while flipping a 6 lb chicken. It slightly to detached so it felt like it could break at any point. This was my second time using it in the first day of use. Still functional but will need to be supported underneath when removing and inserting. This will be returned Conclusion: Cannot knock the functionally of the air fryer which was my first time using one. First attempt was on bacon which didn’t cook in the time mentioned in the manual. There was a fair amount of oil that was release. The handle detaching afforded me the opportunity to look for a design where you drop it in the meat in a tray and can lift up instead of out.

Purchased a smaller air fryer for my husband and I and discovered it is perfect for frozen, battered mushrooms, tater tots, and onion rings without the grease and extra calories. Were so impressed with the quality of food we can consume, while still dieting, that we purchased the 5.2L for our son and his family. The size is larger, but works great! Can't beat the price and Best Buys backing of their products. I had read reviews about a nasty smell/taste, so I followed a suggestion of running ours for 30 minutes at 400 degrees while empty to remove any metallic smell/taste. It worked for us. I'm not an electrician, so this is just me following a previously-read review and sharing that we have not had anything we used in the air fryer taste metallic. Love the digital precision for temperature and time (usually use 400 degrees for 13 minutes). Asked our son if he wanted to return it in the 15-day timeframe from purchase and he said no. They are liking it.

I've had appliance for about 4 weeks now. Have used it for several types of FF, wings, breaded shrimp. If that was all it did it would be great. I love the afore mentioned fried foods but hated using the deep fryer and all the oil. This does all those foods very well, crispy without the grease. So I've printed a bunch of air fryer recipes from the web and have started expanding. So far it has not disappointed. Also gives another great option when preparing a large meal with several different items and you start to run out of room in the oven and stove top. It's worth it's counter space.
