From fresh veggies, such as my 40 minute oven roasted Brussel Sprouts coming out super crispy in 12 minutes to salmon planks being delicious and moist, everything has been perfect. Frozen or fresh cut fries, it doesn't matter, both great. If you can get one for a spectacular price during deal of the day, dont think, buy it!

It’s a good fryer

It fries it and makes the eggroll wrapper crispy but it doesn’t brown it. I tested it first with a couple of eggrolls and the wrapper didn’t even brown but made it crispy and cooked through. Second time I brushed it with oil and it made a little brown but it was uneven. I did reheat fish, and it made the skin crispy. Tried chicken wings and fries as well and it did the job. I did have to flip the food halfway though to even out cooking. All in all it’s great but I wish it would work with eggrolls since it was the main reason I bought it.

Loving my Emerald 5.2L Air Fryer

So far I have cooked chicken, fish, pizza logs, french fries and chicken tenders in it and except for having to burn a few to get the cooking times figured out - the food comes out amazing. And the best part is knowing I'm eating a little healthier without the oil and grease!
