Convenient Touch Screen Display

The only downside is the the tray tends to stick out of the pan, so you have slide it in to the fryer at an angle. Other than that it has a plenty of cooking capacity. "The part I love the most", is the digital interface conveniently provides an on-screen ETA on the cook time.

Takes some practice

But it takes some trial and error to get the results you want. It works as advertised though. Great way to cut out greasy food.
