Works good for the price point and is convenient/ durable, plus the battery tracker is neat.
But is bulky, heavy, and is slow to charge generally compared to cables.

Hi MikeA, Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We’re glad you find the power bank convenient and durable, and that the battery tracker is useful. Bulk and weight are common trade-offs for higher capacity, and wireless charging will generally be slower than wired due to energy transfer limits. For faster charging, we recommend using the built-in USB-C cables whenever possible. --Energizer PowerPacks Service Team

Good power bank although you would assume with its design that it was a mag wireless charger but it’s not you have to plug in the usb c

Hi Adam, Thanks for pointing that out! This model is designed as a wired power bank with built-in USB-C cables for convenience, and while it has a magnetic design for easy attachment, it does not support wireless charging. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure product descriptions remain clear for future shoppers. --Energizer PowerPacks Service Team

its ok to use as emergency but it does get quite warm to the touch. even when only using the supplied connectors it maxes out on voltage. maybe could be used for the older phones but for latest iphone 16 not the best.

Hi anonymous, It’s normal for high-capacity magnetic power banks to feel warm during charging, especially at 22.5W output. The heat comes from energy transfer and is within safe limits if the device isn’t excessively hot. For best performance with newer iPhones, wired PD charging will always be faster and more efficient. If you notice extreme heat or any issues, please contact us here:

It's not terrible but it does overheat your phone if you use magsafe. If you leave it too long on it feels like you might start a fire.

Hi EthanS, We’re sorry to hear about the overheating issue. Magnetic wireless charging can generate extra heat, especially during extended use. To avoid this, we recommend removing thick cases and limiting charge time when using MagSafe. If the device feels excessively hot or unsafe, please stop using it and contact our support team for assistance:

Hi SrikanthS, We’re sorry to hear about the heating and slow charging issues. Wireless magnetic charging can generate some heat and is generally slower than wired charging due to efficiency limits. The 10,000mAh capacity typically provides about one full charge for high-consumption devices like the iPhone 15 Pro Max. For faster and cooler charging, we recommend using the built-in USB-C cables. If the heating seems excessive, please stop using the power bank and contact our support team for assistance:

Hi Raja, We’re sorry the power bank feels heavy and charges slowly. Larger capacity models like this one tend to weigh more, and wireless charging is generally slower than wired charging. If the unit occasionally turns off, please check alignment and ensure the device is centered. If the issue persists, contact Energizer support for assistance or a possible replacement:

I reslly thought this was a steal compared to the Mag Go by anker, but its just a cheaper plastic build that had potential, until the screen didnt display anything. I was hoping it woukd once I connected to the wall or charged my phone. Nothing. I now must return it, its ine of the best features of thr device. Sure the built in cables and stand are cool, but without thr working display, it is a buzz kill.

Hi DwayneJ, Sorry for the trouble. Please ensure the power bank is fully charged and your phone is properly aligned with the magnetic charging area. Thick phone cases can block wireless charging, so try removing the case. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at https://support.energizerpowerpacks.com/ for assistance. --Energizer PowerPacks Service Team
