I bought this so I could charge more than one controller at a time and be able to easily see when the controllers are ready to use. The docks are super easy to get the controller in and out of. Each dock lights up red when you put a controller in and stays red until it's fully charged, when it turns green. Leaving the controller on after it's fully charged does not overcharge the controller and kill its battery. The only problem I've had (and it's a minor one, really) is that on occasion, I will put a drained controller on to charge but the light turns green almost immediately and the controller won't charge. Just disconnect the charger from the wall for a few seconds and plug it back in and the problem is fixed. Don't know why it does this but it's not a big deal, just annoying. The only thing that would make this a 5 star product is a lower price.

I was looking for a replacement for our Sony charger that quit working. I looked into this product and was skeptical because I dont usually have a lot of faith in off name brand electronics. I read the great reviews and decided, for the price, it was work the risk. I bought it and it works really well.

This product is cool looking w/ it's red charging lights & green charged lights...sleek look is nice in a gaming area. Alleviates the USB wires the controllers come w/ making a cleaner look around the console. The plug in wire can be well hidden but could be a few feet longer for extra convenience, but can be plugged in anywhere for charging. The only con to this product is it's a bit difficult to get the controllers plugged into the small USB ports. Even more difficult is when one is already in a port charging. I haven't timed the charging time but when I've noticed from plug in to green light is probably less than 2 hours. For $20 it's worth the value & getting rid of a couple of more wires.

I had a bad USB cable that prevented me from charging the controller. Decided to try this instead of replacing the USB cable. It is very convenient to not have the cables (which only charge when the PS3 is on). And the indicator light is very handy for knowing when you have a full charge.

In the picture clearly shows extra charging spot for PS3 bluetooth set.. but it doesn't came with it and it doesn't have spot to plug PS3 bluethooth set charger...

Overall this is a much better charging station than the one I first bought. All one piece, no little adapters for the kids to lose. Separate power source so it is not having to charge off the PS3, and only then while it is on. Very nice.Would recommend to friends and family.

This charge port is incredibly convenient for us! I love that I can glance over and see when my controllers are fully charged and I don't have to fumble with a wire! Attaching the controllers is a snap as soon as you realize how easy everything lines up correctly!

The main trouble with charging PS3 controllers is that you have to either plug them into your PS3 AND the PS3 has to be turned on the whole time. The alternative is that you can sometimes use your PC to charge them but it depends on whether or not your PC's USB can supply the current needed AND of course your PC has to be one the whole time too. I normally don't have my PS3 or my PC powered up unless I'm using them. Using this charger I can have two controllers fully charged and my PC and PS3 can remain powered off. Really and well made too.

I love how this charger works. It is so nice to not have to plug the controller in to a USB plug to charge. This charger station plugs in to the wall and charges up to 2 controllers at a time. It works perfectly and is just what I was looking for.

This charging station is great. I love being able to just get up and walk away knowing as soon as I put my controller down its charging. This way its always ready when im ready to play!

This is a great charger for keeping you controllers fully charged without having to have your controllers plugged into the PS3 and keeping the PS3 on. It has been rock solid for more than 3 months with 3 kids constantly plugging and unplugging the controllers. (Side Note: Would have given 5 stars but the packaging is decieving. It says you can charge 4 controllers if you have extra USB cables. What they mean is that you can charge 2 controllers with the Energizer charger and then using the USB cables you can charge 2 other controllers on you PS3 like normal. This charger will not charge 4 controllers!!)

We had to replace our charging system that we bought many many years ago (it finally died) and it was nice that we were able to replace it with the same thing, works great for PS3 controllers - a must have !!!

This is perfect! What I like best about this charger is that my son likes that it lights up and he can see when the controllers are charged - this also ensures that I know he will charge his game controllers.

This is a Quality unit I'm glad I purchased it ! It works Great and the LED backlight clearly shows the charging very brightly in Red for charging and Green for full charge ! Great Value as well ! Thank you .

Offers the flexibility to charge two controllers. Easy to use. No issues with the charger. Allows the wireless feature without having to plug and charge the controller during intense gameplay.

I ended up buying this from all the once I saw since it in my store visit great buy ended up being a great choice it lets you know when controls are fully charged so their ready to use.

Energizer has created a pretty cool charging station here...it takes up very little space and works quickly. The ugliness of having wires hanging out of my PS3 is solved!

I bought this charging station as a way to charge my controllers without my system on. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and easy of use and effectiveness.

I connected my PS3 controllers to charger for a couple of hours , my controllers seem to be charged up . available to work , now I'm able to play games longer.

just plug and leave alone ... this is great as the PS3 can be turned off and this will charge the PS3 controllers... gives about 20-25 hours of play time
