Light up the night

Negative Expectation's!

The light functions are good, but who wants to run to the store and constantly buy batteries, even if it's rechargeable . Buy the rechargeable flash light not the rechargeable batteries!

Good quality, durable but gets hot during use

I did knock it one star because on the highest setting, the light gets very warm all-around (the barrel especially). Not sure if this is normal or not but can get uncomfortable over long periods of time. Not as bad on lower settings but half the time I use this, I need to use it on the high setting for hiking after dark. I'm not sure if this is related to the power draw but I would have preferred something that didn't get so hot/warm only after a few minutes of use on the highest setting. I'll keep it but I can really only use it on the medium and low settings comfortably for long periods of time. I recommend this, but just beware of the heat issue on the highest-setting. Not an issue if you wear gloves but with bare hands, even in cold weather it can get uncomfortable hot/warm.
