I love these batteries. The lithium power is great. They’re very reliable and they don’t leak!

Because Lithium "primary" cells last longer than Alkalines, AND can deliver more current, AND have very long "shelf lives", I've switched to using them in my remote controls and Anything Else that uses Alkalines.
Yes, they cost more than Alkalines, but I haven't had to worry about BATTERY LEAKAGE like I do with Alkalines and I have high confidence the Lithium-powered device will still work even if it's been "idle" for months at a time.

Didn't realize the type of battery and possibly the brand made a true difference in the working of a product. At first I had bought cheap, then read instructions which stated the required battery to function. It did matter.

I needed non-rechargable batteries for my doorbell camera. I didn't understand why they couldn't be rechargeable until I did some deep digging. Rechargeable batteries, evidently, don’t hold a charge well when cold weather sets in. These batteries have worked fine for my needs.

Definitely buy lithium batteries over alkaline. They last 3 times longer. I have tried different knock off brands from amazon but duracell last the longest by far.

I have had it with alkaline batteries leaking in my equipment. I am converting everything to these lithium batteries for that reason alone. They are expensive, but replacing equipment because of a leaking battery is a lot more expensive. Other than the high cost of these jewels, they also die suddenly without warning, unlike alkaline batteries that slowly deteroriate over time. But these batteries are the best I can find for my needs. They also have a very long shelf life, if you don't need to use them right away.

**Nest Protect is calibrated for these specific batteries. They will last WAYYYYY longer (iirc like 6+ months instead of ~1 month)**
I kept changing my batteries way too soon for my Nest Protect. Thought maybe it was because I bought cheaper Insignia batteries. Killed off the 20+ pack, then bought Duracell instead, but runtime was the same on those next 2 sets. I researched to find the Nest Protect specifically calls for this particular battery. (I mean a lot of products call for something specific, but it almost never matters) THEN I bought multiple packs from different sources on Amazon Prime. Looking closely, each pack was fake. Most of the time, the application of their battery wrap (protective logo sleeve on actual battery) was a pretty easy giveaway, and often the physical cell was a different shape.
Just save yourself the headache and buy them from Best Buy. Yeah, these batteries are expensive for AA’s, but if you’re buying lithium batteries, they’re obviously for something worth that little premium.

Able to power our home surveillance camera. Response time for movement notification is expected. it's been a month since installation of the batteries. Previous installation identical batteries lasted more than ninety days of continuous monitoring.

These are the best and o my batteries I use on my Cannon flash. They are a bit pricey these days but last for a full days if I am shooting in specific light conditions. I can’t finde them everywhere but Beat. It always has them in stock.
