I was looking for a heavy-duty laptop, and this definitely is one. One con however is the weight.

Great large screen with the added benefit of being a touch screen. Can turn on and off the back lighting for the keyboard.

Computer is very easy to use and carry.....DVD player stopped working within 8 months but other than that I'm satisfied

The screen is awesome. The touch screen is very fun and works well. Quality is very good.

My second trip to Best Buy to find the computer I wanted was successful and the salesperson was definitely on top of his game. This laptop had everything I wanted and needed, and it was reasonably priced. I am not a fan of Windows 10 or Office 365 because they prevent using some of the applications/programs that I had come to depend on in the past, so that was a drawback. However, the bells and whistles with the laptop itself made it worth the change from my old Toshiba to the HP.

I've just barely started using my new laptop, actually. I bought it, in part, because it's big enough to have a 10-key pad, which I use heavily with MS Excel. Another reason was the existence of a built-in DVD drive. Why are manufacturers doing away with those?!?!? Not everything I do is tied to the Web and I don't want to cart a bunch of peripherals around!! I like the ability to load free "apps" that allow me to do some things I wasn't able to do on old machine--or, maybe it's just that the new OS makes it easier to look for software to accomplish what I want to do. And I have to say, the Bang and Olafsen sound system is marvelous!! I'm getting used to Windows 10 and touch screen. Have had some difficulty with some software that, so far, doesn't work on the new laptop as it did on the old. I hope that difficulty is the exception and not the rule. Finally--one thing I'm VERY disappointed about is the lack of an RCA input jack. When I discovered that, I realized my old laptop will remain in service for quite some time. As long as the old codger is still working to do what the young whippersnapper can't, I guess I'll get along okay.

This gives me all the power I need for school work, career work, streaming, and just about anything else!!!!!!!!!

It's a sturdy and versatile laptop. Touchscreen makes it even more appealing. Large screen. Excellent resolution.

Purchased for my little brother for college. Does everything he needs and more. HP laptops are the way to go.

This computer is a great value. All sorts of features and touch screen to boot.

I purchased this laptop because it has a large amount of memory and it was a HP.

I needed a larger display laptop with enough power to do the same kind of work as I do on my desktop. This computer has filled that need. My only complaint thus far is that the mouse pad isn't as responsive as I would like but I use an external mouse when I can to do work. I would've went with one of the nice Lenovo laptops if I was just looking for a laptop but I needed more than that.

This laptop provided my son with the ability to load two different CAD programs and is really powerful.

I really like the hp ,easy to use and the keyboard is very easy to type on.

The laptop works flawlessly. Good display. Very good sound. Responsive large keys that can be backlit.
