Works great except blue screen

The game was really smooth and everything worked perfectly until I was doing other things. I played youtube with different monitor and playing the game on my labtop screen. Then I had a blue screen 3 times. It seemed like every time I tried to plug multiple things at once it would give me blue screen. After the 3rd blue screen I didn't want to use this labtop anymore and return the labtop.

Love my new laptop!

We were met by a very knowledgeable sales associate who guided us to the HP Envy, which met every one of the items on our checklist. Best decision we could have made! This model exceeds the features we had hoped for, and beats the competition hands down. HP comes through again.
