HP Laptop

I can lock it or put it to sleep and coming out of that it will hang up at time. Other than that it does exactly w hat I need. Don't like the fact that I don't have easy access to the battery if I need to get to it.

Laptop upgrade

Two features I was looking for is a touch screen and back lit key board and after reading other customer reviews I decided this looked like the one! I also wanted the 17" display. I have not been disappointed and would highly recommend this one!

I asked the sales person that i need a medium laptop that can play games and I need it to be a intertainament computer . I got was i was looking for with this laptop LOVE IT !!!!!

First Time Laptop User

I needed one that could run my business operating system. At this time I haven't spent enough time to become acquainted with all its functions. I enjoy having the flexibility to take my business with me.

Light in weight for the size. Fast machine.

They advised I could buy the extended warranty and get a new machine but that they could just about guarantee it would have the same trouble, just maybe a little different in magnitude or in a different place (due to the large size of the screen)

When bought I was concerned with the talk of HP getting out of the computer market and the future support. This has not been the case, no problems experienced and support has been great when needed.

Perfect! (almost)

I'd say it's slower than I expected, but it still works really well.
