Computer is touch screen, has a recognition camera for easy opening and contains a CD Rom which I still find useful in a computer. The large screen size make viewing comfortable.

I purchased this laptop for work use. I do a lot of research online and have several apps open at a time. This computer works great and I have been very happy with it thus far.

Sound quality and video quality are both excellent; sometimes the computer screen goes blank and comes back. This is probably a driver issue. Overall, pretty satisfied.

This is the second HP laptop I purchase.. It was very easy to set up only had one issue as it did not recognize that my anti-virus was on....That turned out to be a windows 10 issue which was easily fixed.

My HP has been perfect so far, no issues at all and e very reliable tool. The screen is big and bright with good contrast. The speaker quality is excellent and I don't have a need for external speakers.

Really dreaded going out to purchase a new laptop but Best Buy salesman made it so easy. Explained different features, value and was quite patient w/all the questions that my daughter & I were asking.

I have had some difficulty adapting to changes to Windows 10, such as creating ICON shortcuts to commonly used websites, and Nikon camera downloading and sending photos. Reliability has been wonderful!

I'm disappointed that keyboard lighting is not better. Also number key doesn't light up. Battery can't be changed by me..

I don't like huge TVs in the main room. This one was just right and the picture quality is AWESOME! Hate that I had to make a separate purchase for the wall mount. ($200) But the TV works for us.

So far the computer is doing fine, no problems and is fast loading. the only thing i would mention is to toggle the typing settings if you don't know much about the typing short cuts on Windows 10

Windows 10 should come with the programs most people use, rather than have to buy the Office Suite. Makes more money for Microsoft but really gouges the buyer.

After reading many laptop reviews on Best Buy. I bought this HP laptop for my college bound son. All of the reviews on the computer were great. My son loves this laptop and it is in constant use.

The transition from our previous laptop to this one was smooth and the information described in the write up online was very helpful in picking out the new computer to replace our broken one.

The HP Envy 17.3 is a great laptop. It does everything I want it to do and is quick and easy to use. The Bang and Olufsen sound quality is very good. The battery life is better than expected.

My older laptop was sluggish and not able to effectively process information with newer programs. Out of frustration I picked a newer laptop that, in comparison to my older machine, screams!

I thought I wanted bigger than the 15 in screen, but this laptop is huge. Not very portable, but if you want a beautiful desktop replacement, this is it!

there is no warranty for software=make sure you get a warranty for software they only cover mechanical issues

The computer is fine, Windows 10 slows things down even with this processor. Maybe it will be better once they get the bugs out of the Windows program.

I've really enjoyed my laptop, wanted one for long time didn't know what to buy. I had several people highly recommend a HP, glad I took their advice

i wasn't sure what type of lap I wanted until the store manager came over and explained the different options. we found the lap top perfect for me.
