I bought this laptop and it changed my life best laptop ever it amazing I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a laptop .

Still Learning Windows 10. No complaints to date. I especially like the ask me anything feature.

I bought this computer for my daughter for college. It will be primarily used for engineering programs. Great computer so far.

Would definitely recommend visiting Best Buy before making a computer purchase. The sales person was helpful and very patient.

I was in the market for a lap top so naturally I looked at Best Buy. I've always purchased HP products & I've ALWAYS purchased my products from Best Buy. I've ALWAYS had the utmost respect for Best Buy & HP because I've never had any problems in the past with either Best Buy or HP so with that being said I got online to see if there were any "Specials or Bundles" and I was in heaven. What I found was an HP ENVY Note Book with 17.3" touch screen, intel core i7 Processor 16GB memory, 1TB Hard Drive. In addition to all of that it also had a cd/dvd drive. I believe my My 1st purchase was made on October 28th, 2016(((the sale ended with the day I bought my bundle)))at the Best Buy in DeKalb IL.. HP ENVY model # M7-U009DX The problems began almost immediately. I had issues with emails being deleted, the screen freezing up. Both my husband and I are Disabled so running back and forth was out of the question. I was in contact with GEEK SQUAD it seemed like daily, I took M7-U009DX back to Best Buy Nov 5thto get it replaced with the same model.....GUESS WHAT My model was discontinued and the store did not have any others in stock. I had to buy the upgraded version of my 1st lap top and pay the difference or look for another lap top all together. I decided to get the upgraded version which had a better graphics card. #2nd lap top this model # is M7109DX. THIS WAS ALSO RETURNED but not until December 3rd. I had given this one more time just incase it was me. it was not me, once again I CONTACTED THE GEEK SQUAD. THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME. THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN THE LAP TOP. So I am going to do just that. I exchanged for basically the same issues with the email, freezing up both the email and the folders that I HAVE. My first lap top was not the right fit - or - choice for me. The 2nd had been exchanged I am on my 3rd since 10-28-2016 The day after I brought this home I could not shut it off. I tried every way possible. this is also freezing up and it has also closed all of my files. I have to go to another store to exchange this but that will be handled

Pretty easy to use for a novice. Sound quality is good.It runs MMOs better than my old laptop.

Great computer! I'm not a big fan of fact that the buttons are built into the touch pad.

I really like the product. It is fast. The only problem I have had with it is that it does not read old wordperfect files.

I have not been able to use all features as I usually work from a manual, none was included.

For the price, its a premium laptop. Has a wide footprint on desk so if you have limited space this could be an issue.

We had an older model of this and we loved it, when it was time we bought the newer model and we are still loving it!

I purchased this computer for a new employee. They love it! Excellent for a workstation!

Purchased when old desktop computer died. Screen size and systems standard features work great for my requirements.

Fits the IPAD air 2 perfectly. Looks sharp and protective. Adds some weight but worth it to me for the protection.
