    I bought this thing brand new and even after being fully charged, it takes 5 minutes to load up before telling me there's a problem booting up. In addition to that, just like another reviewer here, I had a white light protruding from the bottom corner of the screen. I was told by hp customer service that this is a confirmed hardware related issue and then they sent me a package so I could send it to them to be repaired. I spent $1,000 for a repaired computer??? It's been a month and a half since I bought the laptop and they still haven't fixed it. They received it over a month ago and keep updating their expected completion date before shipping it back to me.
