My husband had a little trouble with the laptop

Nothing but problems, but Best Buy was great.

He takes it out of the box, turns it on, and notices large white bleed through on the bottom of the screen. We exchange the item for another one. It also has a screen problem but no where as bad as the first one. However, when he unplugged the unit from the power brick, he could clearly hear a "dog whistle" sound coming from the unit about where the ENTER key is located. The noise gave him a headache. Even I could hear it with my old ears if I got close to it. Returned that unit to Mall of America store and got a different brand. Best Buy staff gets 5 stars for all their assistance (waived shipping charges on the replacement), but this particular laptop model seems to have issues.
