I should've bought a MAC!

I tried for several days to contact someone at Best Buy (locally) to see if a exchange was possible it was apparently to late to do anything. Which I found out by finally contacting the national service number. I've bought countless number of of TVs, phones,appliances etc,etc, from you guys, you'd think something could be done.

Bad 1st computer

Not worth the money

only lasted 6 weeks
