I was looking for a computer that would be good for online-gaming and also for work productivity. This computer has been great at both. It has the memory and power for doing both. Excellent computer.

Since i bought this laptop, i was hoping the I7 processor would be faster. The Laptop moves slowly and gets bogged down quickly. The touch screen works well, but wish i would have gotten the 2 in 1 so i could use the laptop as a touchpad.

I bought this laptop for my son, who's in college. He loves it due to it's large screen and the ability to use his flight simulator software on here. It has been performing well. In addition, we couldn't beat the price.

I was looking for a Laptop computer that would be able to accommodate my growing want/need to be able to compile a very detailed document that gave very specific genealogy information. I was also looking for a bigger screen because in my experience they are easier to use. The 17.3 Envy Laptop has fulfilled all of my needs. Dustin in the computer area gave me lots of good information in deciding what to purchase. He didn't try to push me toward any one computer or brand. I really appreciate that. Best Buy has been good to install and/or update any information I have requested. This is a Great Computer.

This computer has many excellent features (i7 processor, touch screen, facial recognition,etc.) with phenomenal speed and storage space. This was exactly the computer I needed to get to upgrade from my last HP laptop.

everything is good with exception that sometimes you heard low popping sound from the speakers when you on the media player there is nothing wrong with the sound hardware is just the media player when you open some video of the news web pages, overall HP finally make some improvement by adding ac Wi-Fi no dropping connection, I'm fan of Lenovo but this model was the only one that has everything 3- USB, CD-drive, regular HDMI plug and RJ 45 Ethernet hard wire plug, you need to update right away the HP Assistant application in order to get the latest drivers from HP support otherwise will not find the upgrades just click on the settings of the actual application itself, HP support are not the best, kind of slow I have to call couple times to fix the warranty date issues and that HP Assistant issues but overal its great mashine its like 4.5 stars but I give the 5 stars

I think it's a great computer for the price. Never had a touch screen laptop but it's kind of nice. Runs smooth and is pretty quick. Love the fact it is sleek and slim. Volume is great. Nice battery life as well.

love this computer! so much room, for music, pictures or others files. easy to use. Great graphics, the sound is awesome, plus I really love the lit keyboard. which really makes it easy to work from a dim lit room

Although the laptop is larger than I planned to purchase, it was a great buy. It has many of the features I wanted as an upgrade. The speed, storage, touchscreen, webcam, speakers, and clarity are AWESOME!

This has been a great laptop so far. So technical issues or bugs. Powerful enough to handle Revit 2016 and AutoCAD 2016. The touchscreen is very accurate. Probably one of the best laptops for the price.

Purchased the HP Envy M7-U009dx 3 weeks ago. This is my first HP computer after being a dedicated Toshiba fan for well over 12 yrs. I have to say I am impressed. This computer with the Core i7, running Windows 10 is super fast. The set up was easy and it was up and going very quickly. The only thing that slowed me down was tweaking the visual as it was way too small set at 100%. Found it was easier to read set at 125%. I appreciated the lighter load of bloat ware...not a lot to uninstall. During set up it found my wireless Canon MX860 printer right away but I did have to install the scanner drivers. The sound is not the best, Bang & Olufsen stereo but sounds like mono. I upped the bass settings and it helped. It is ok for everyday but I use the Bluetooth to connect to my Bose SoundLink when listening to music. I love the backlit keyboard which has a dedicated f5 key for on-off. This laptop has a sleek design, surprisingly light weight for the 17.3" size considering it also has a DVD drive. . Overall, so far I am very pleased. Awesome computer for the money.

We reviewed several computers before purchasing the HP Envy. Very happy with the performance and the extra large screen. Website maintenance is much faster, even uploading pictures takes no time at all.

I wanted a speedy computer with great speakers, DVD player, backlit keyboard, lots of memory, and the fastest processor on the market at a reasonable price. This computer has it all! I am lovin' it!

bought HP because that was the only one with a 17 inch touch screen at the store. it is working all right. disappointed with Hp service even though extended warranty still in force. asked questions for about a month. still waiting for a workable reply. luckily, a friend helped me get the answers needed. comp. is not too heavy so it can easily be moved around. the number lock button does not have a light so it makes difficult to see when is working and when not. sometimes it turns off when machine is off but when it gets back on, it has to be turned on manually.

Bought this for my wife. She loves the speed, and memory and the other little perks. Not so happy with a few of the changes in MC 10, but better than 8. The price is a little high.

The laptop has the memory and power for it intended use of telecommuting and editing a periodical. The old laptop which had an i3 processor was too limited, this one is perfect.

We got this for my 85 year old mother in law. She wanted something easy to use with a big screen. She loves this laptop. Only downside is that it weighs more than you'd expect.

I got this laptop for my wife. She is a general type of user who is not deep into technology. She's having great luck with it so far. It's very fast and the graphics are great.

This laptop has a beautiful picture and is easy to use. It was easy to set it up when I got it. I like the big screen which makes it very easy to see my websites and papers.

Purchased this to replace a thoshiba laptop we used for years. Love the large screen, fast, crisp responsiveness. Handles multiple tasks really well. No complaints.
