Attractive, high functioning laptop. Great screen - no need for a monitor.

I did research this laptop and several others before purchasing it. I have not been disappointed. Downloads are easy and fast. I have only owned this laptop for a few weeks (less than a month to be exact), but it is very easy to use.

We have a Mac Pro and I don't care who says they now are compatible with this and that… so we got the HP Envy. Didn't realize it has a touch screen. So far only issue had to remove and reload printer a couple times. Now all is good.

Bought this laptop for my parents. They love everything about it. It runs smoothly...great graphics. They love the fact that the speakers on on top of the computer and the cooling fan is in the crease of the lid which is wonderful! It is a great computer! And they price matched it for us!

This PC replaced another HP whose drive failed after less than 20 months of desktop service where the computer never left the desk. It is now taking 4 weeks just to have the computer drive replaced by the Geek Squad. Hopefully this HP will be more reliable. So far, it works great.

I went from a desktop with Vista, to a touchscreen laptop with Windows 10. There's so many differences to get use to. I love the speed and the clarity of this laptop. But I hate Windows 10. So I have mixed feelings about everything.

I am the PTA president for my local elementary school, and I love the screen size. It is so easy using Microsoft word and excel for my projects. I also help my daughters cheerleading coach with flyers and keeping up with fundraiser events. It is complete for all my needs.

I love this touch screen laptop, so easy to use! Was not sure about a touch screen but love it...and the size of the screen is great! The people at Best Buy were very knowledgeable about how it worked and the price was great. Would highly recommend this to anyone

This is FAR and away the fastest and finest laptop I have ever owned. You can almost reach into the immersive 17" HD Screen, and at 1 TB, it has far more storage capacity. I would recommend it to anyone. One caveat....when I arrived at the local BestBuy to pick up my online purchase that was ALREADY charged to my VISA, the counterperson tried to tell me that it was out of stock.....when it was sitting on the floor, leaning against the wall behind her. Apparently, a salesperson at the store saw mine was the last one on-hand, and tried to sell it to their walk-in customer out from under me. I asked for the store Director, and enjoyed watching the reaction to being 'caught' before asking for an even bigger discount. My final purchase price was 60% off the retail price that people willingly pay for off of the store shelves.

No complaints. The Best Buy Associate who helped me was incredible and I shall return to Best Buy for al future tech purchases because of him, the computer is just what I needed- a large hard drive and lots of ram. No complaints at all. This is my 3rd HP purchase,

I absolutely love this computer. I took my time and researched them before making my Decision. I had previously saw one that I wanted in Best Buy, then I saw a newer model and liked that one better. Glad I waited for the model that I purchased to come out.

Extremely versatile. Will game, will process, will look pretty, will sound great, its an overall awesome machine. Does not have detatchable screen; however, thats kind of a parlor trick, thats what your phone is for. This is an all around killer computer.

Arrived in good shape and very pleased with purchase. Once I figured out the latest Windows I am up and rolling. Very fast response and load times. Good graphics able to play my online games with no problems.

This computer was bought online at first and had a screen issue. I took it back into the store and they replaced it no questions asked. Have loved the machine since then. No issues and runs fast.

Programs such as Sketchup and Photoshop run great without any delays. The touchscreen works fine for either web browsing or using programs. There is never a problem with using the Internet either. Although a 17" is mostly used for design this laptop is great, not too techy, for business and downtime on the Internet.

Our old Envy died (a natural death) and we bought the same kind because we had been happy with the old one. It's probably has a little more than we actually need but it's very reliable and we know it can handle anything we want it to.

I have had it for a little over a month now and so far I am really impressed. I use this computer for both work and some gaming and its handled everything that I have thrown at it.

This unit meet all my requirements and has performed well. The only drawback that I have found is the weight, but if you are not going to carry it around every where you go it is a great unit.
