When I prepared to install the Eco Tank I was happy that it was packed with so little wasted space. I read the START HERE/QUICK START GUIDE as well as the USER's GUIDE. With the Eco Tank you use bottles to fill the tanks and it is different from replacing ink cartridges. It is important to follow the instructions for the inks for the best result. The rest of setting up the All In One Eco Tank seems to follow my experience with prior Epson units. If you have a problem that you can't resolve you can always contact Epson Support.
