the print is much too light the colors all look faded it is easy to use but i dont think it was worth the price.

The product is great for printing, but its other alleged useful functions are a mystery. The product does not come with any how to use instructions.

I have been using this printer for 1 years and i still having without any concern. This is a best options guys.

This printer was very easy to set up, and the ink filling process was mess-free. My only complaints are the black ink is more of a dark grey, and it takes a bit longer than normal to print documents.

I have had problems with inkjets on the past drying up the ink. Not this awesome printer no hassles with clogged or dries up ink cartridges

I appreciate the courtesy and help at the stores in Lake Charles and New Orleans both for helping me when I needed it the most.

This printer is awesome. I am glad I purchased it because my other printer would drink up the ink like multiple times.

#1 The loading tray will hold more than 150 sheets but it won't load anything over that number. I had to guess at what 150 thickness 150 sheets were to get it to print. #2 When printing two-sided the machine occasionally will not print one side of a page and will partially eject that sheet with a warning that there is a jam. There isn't a jam but I have to "clear" it and indicate that I have done so on the control board and I have to wait for the entire job to print and take out the "jammed" pages to print the other side manually for each one. #3. The loading tray doesn't have a device to snug the pages against its forward wall. Consequently, the pickup rollers miss a page now and again and give a "paper jam" indication. I have to remove the tray and seat the paper against the forward wall and hope it doesn't happen too often after I've cleared the "jam" on the control board. #4. I bought an Arris cable modem to replace my rented Xfinity. The printer printed before the change. Now it doesn't. It can't be found by my wi-fi. My Brother mono printer took one minute to set it up with the new modem. Not so with the Epson. The control board doesn't recognize my wi-fi and there is no way to set up the wi-fi connection using the control board. With this Epson, I had to delete the app on my Mac and re-install it for the printer to be found by the wi-fi or so that was what the troubleshooting guide said. Not so. Now I have to go to the Arris web site. and do stuff there. I've had it. I'm calling Epson. I'm a tightwad. I'll work out the problems because even with them, I'm still saving a bundle on ink. I would recommend it to other tightwads.

The fact of ink price and in between ink replacement brings a sense of ease.

Bought it to stop buying ink all the time and it does just that...fill when you need it and store it otherwise.

Always running out of ink with old printer. Not as good at color as my last Epson but not printing pics so this works for me.

Works great, i have printed several pages and barely made a dent on the ink, which was the reason i bought it.

Replaced a Canon that chewed up ink cartridges like crazy . This uses far far less ink and printed photo quality much better .

Good printers, we are slowly converting to the super tanks to save money on ink. No issues works well with Linux or Windows

All OK except photo printing. Extremely difficult to find settings to print decent quality photos. Photos are not sharp and wrong colors. Waisted so much photo papers to achieve somehow decent results. Dot even think to buy it if you need to print photos! I will recommend the printer but NOT for photo printing!

This printer is the best to save money on lots of printing and do not need to be buying toner or ink cartridges so often

I gave it 3 stars for the tankless feature. I love that part, the ink is inexpensive and very easy to refill. However, the quality of the color print is seriously lacking. I have to constantly clean the print heads and have yet to get all solid lines on the test page. They don't mention the maintenance box that has to be changed after you have cleaned the heads so frequently and it fills up with ink. I had to hunt that down and finally found it on Amazon.

Easy to install and setup, large ink tanks preferable to buying ink cartridges, slowly replacing our other printer

This is a great printer. I would have given it 5 stars but the end result in printing isn't as sharp and colorful as advertised. Other than that you can't go wrong with this printer.

This printer is great. We like everything about it not the least of which is that we don’t have to keep buying ink cartridges. Thanks Epson for a super printer for home use.
