Setup was easy. Filling ink could get messy if you are not careful. Works good so far.

We are a small art gallery that once a month prints advertising for our next show and some other color printing. This product, though a little on the pricey side up front, has brought our printing cost down to just a couple cents a color copy. Drawbacks are scans and saves as a PDF and prints much slower than any printer I've had in a while.

When I saw that you could buy bottles of ink and refill the tank as needed that was a major feature for me.

Best printer I ever bought. Used this at work and it eliminated the almost constant ink replacement from printers that use the 920XL cartridges.

I've had this printer for three weeks and have no complaints. :)

This only works on 2.5 ghz wifi networks, a fact you do not learn until, while following the manufacturer instructions step by step, you have filled the thing with ink (that can spill out!), "charged" it (for 20 minutes), downloaded software drivers, and are in the middle of the network set up protocols. THEN, about four steps in, you are told that your 5 ghz network is not viable. Now I am faced with the not inconsiderable challenge of returning a printer from which the ink can spill when transported. This restriction is NOT clearly stated on packaging or even the beginning of the printed instructions. It is tucked into the Any Problems section, supposedly something one would read after everything has failed to work… but that's a bit late when you can't just eject the ink cartridges and return the printer more or less in useable form for the next buyer. I almost feel sorry for Best Buy when I bring this back. What are THEY going to do with it, with four completely full ink reservoirs?

The black ink ran out on this print in a couple of months. Not even close to the "thousands" of copies or two years of ink they hyped to sell it.
