We had no problems with setup, and all is working well. When we bought this printer, there were no reviews of this model to read, but the reviews of other tank models helped. When paper jammed, it showed how to open and unjam. I downloaded an OCR file from Epson, but have not been able to get it to work yet.

This Epson printer uses bottles of ink instead of cartridges. It comes with enough ink to supply an average printer for two years. Replacement bottles are around $12 instead of 35-60 dollars for cartridges that don’t last a third of the time. The printer also prints quickly and both front and back of pages (or single side of you wish) without a hiccup!

Its an easy set up and produces good quality prints. A tad bit noisy.

So far this printer has exceeded my expectations. It prints fast not as noisy as past printers& even does double sided!!! Pictures come out a little grainy but I can deal with it!!! As for the ink wells, they are huge and the ink will last almost a year, super excited about not having to buy cartridges all the time and the wells are super easy to fill.

As a newly single person who depended on someone else for my technology needs, I was very nervous about buying and setting up a printer on my own. This model had everything I was looking for in terms of functionality. The directions were easy to follow and I was quickly able to set the printer up. I especially like the ink pods - easy to monitor and replace.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a color laser printer. After the salesperson told me about the benefits of this printer, I went for it. So far I'm very pleased. Colors are beautiful and printing speed is faster than my other inkjet printers. That I may not have to buy ink for the next year or two, and at a much lower cost when I do, is a big plus.

I have been wanting a color printer for a long time and this one is exactly what I wanted. I love that I can send print requests from my phone or iPad and not always have to get on my computer. And the ink lasts forever!!! Also I'm excited that when I do need to replace the ink it's a lot cheaper than cartridges. Definitely worth the up front expense.

The Epson ET3600 is a good printer for everyday use. Easy to set up WiFi. This is a good printer for the average family to use.

After many expensive cartridges for canon and HP printers we thought we would try the Edson with "tanks" seems like a good option for my daughter that's in college. So far so good , printing quality is comparable to others. A little pricey up front but we hope it pays off with not buying ink cartridges for a long time.

This printer makes great copies and is easy to use.

I love Epson printers, and this is the best one I've had yet. Two sided printing, wireless connectivity, and NO CARTRIDGES! Even though the purchase price was higher than I wanted it to be, I am delighted with the performance. Not one paper jam, ink levels are still good after lots and lots of printing for tax season.

The printer is working well with the two scholl aged children I have along with work and business requirements.

I was getting tired of buying ink cartridges as they are very expensive, especially since I had six to fill. I have printed a lot on this printer and can't believe that I've hardly used any ink. The quality is very good--standard is the default, but you can choose draft to high settings. It's amazing!
