We have 13 locations and these scanners work great with old to new computers, easy setup, and the scan software that comes with it gives multiple options from Dropbox to One Drive. Very functional! Hardly ever jams.

Easy to use, does not take up a lot of space, quick

This made scanning a whole lot easier and faster. I used to fret scanning using my multi function printer/scanner but no more with this Epson scanner. I think this is good scanner for general scanning. I was debating between this and ScanSnap ix1600 but glad I went with this one and saved over $100. My only gripe is if scanning black/white document or receipts, the scan quality seems a little fuzzy (not crisp). Otherwise, very happy with this purchase.

I love this scanner. It' quick and reliable. A great replacement for my scansnap scanner that died of old age. Highly recommended.

Processes paper very fast! Connects fast to computer.

This is the absolute best workhorse! I asked my boss at work if I could get this one for work- so I can digitally retain our required documents. It has scanned 2 years worth of documents in 4 months time. And it’s still going strong! Because it worked so well (and because my work comes home with me often) I had to get another for home! Get this scanner! It’s quiet, it’s quick, and it does loads at once! You can delete pages in a scan if you realize you scanned the wrong document; you can add a document during scan if you aren’t done; and you can even reorganize the scans before they are saved. I never thought I’d love a scanner- but I sure love both of mine!

My unit included the ES400Ii Desktop Color Document Scanner, Super Speed USB Cable, AC Adapter, Power Cable, and a User Guide. I love how fast and easy it is to scan stacks of papers and to get and stay organized. Set up and driver installation was so easy and was such a breeze. It can scan documents up to 8.5"x240" as well as business cards and receipts. The only downside I found was that it has to be connected to my computer via USB cable because my computer gets moved between my living room, bedroom, and office. This is a review for the Epson Workforce ES-400II Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Just purchased ES-400II after my old Epson scanner died. The new scanner is quick, clear and so easy to use, I call it my "littlest Giant" since it's compact but does the work of several clertks!! Truly a Giant!

In the past, I had a ScanSnap, which is significantly more expensive than this scanner, but this scanner is just as good, if not better. It's super fast and efficient. The scanning software is also much, much easier to use than ScanSnap's.

Zoom, zoom! Ran 400+ pages through the scanner for my CPA without a hiccup. Basically paid for itself in one session.

This is the easiest scanner I’ve ever used, connects easily, scans front and back and loads the items onto your computer. Fast and reliable. Absolutely love it and I highly recommend.

This scanner is amazing. I have used it to scan over 25,000 documents so far, both single sided and double sided, and the ease of operation and scan quality is excellent. I am a retired high school science teacher, and after I retired, I purchased it to scan all of my lesson plan notebooks for each class. That's about 40 3-inch, 3-ring binders. Now, I have recycled all that paper, donated the binders, and have all the information from all 40 notebooks on a single thumb drive (and on my computer) as pdf files. I have removed so much "clutter" from my home by scanning everything I can. I also put everything on an SSD in case of any emergency requiring evacuation I can take all of my important documents and papers with me in my shirt pocket!

This is AMAZING! We had so many family diaries to copy for our family, we didn't think we would ever get it done with our all-in-one! We probably wouldn't have, but this was so fast, copied both sides at the same time and organized it in our computer in seconds. We did a 300 page diary faster than it took us to do one page in our all-in -one. Worth the money!

Great functionality out of the box, was very close to plug and play. I did not have to specify button functionality, drives, etc. Default settings made the install very quick and easy. They staff member was very happy using this since it scan double sided documents quickly and immediately after scan you can name the file or is the default file name given.
