I have to give the 3 stars I'm giving WorkForce ES-400II 3 stars. The quality of this machine is fantastic. I love how quick scans are done and load up on to my system. You would think that speed would discount the image quality, could not be further from the truth. Im very pleased. I do alot of scanning in my business and can takes forever. This has just saved me hours of wasted waiting for scans to complete. Now as much as Im impressed with the scanner. Im equally disappointed in how difficult it is to connect wirelessly and to find out no one at epson tech support has a clue to the functions of this machine. The manual says that there is an SSID and password on the back of the scanner to be used to connect. Not so. I included image. Manual also say the is a wifi connection button. Where? Im still trying to figure this out. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-400 II Duplex Desktop Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

This scanner is an absolute beast. I was able to scan most of my personal papers in a very short amount of time and I had 20 years worth of documentation. Set up was easy and labeling scanned documents was also a breeze.

I looked at several models before purchasing this model. This scanner is easy to use and works well with my MacBook. I was able to create folders and scan my documents into them easily. I also love the compact size.

Needed this while on vacation for some remote work. Bought because of price. The quality is great and I am now using it on a regular basis. Very surprised l. Highly recommend.

Pretty compact scanner that doesn't take up too much space on my desk. The ability to take out one of the rollers to scan card top loaders is kind of nice too. Scans are good quality and quick. Very easy to setup.

I use this scanner at my office daily. It is reliable and fast.

This is an amazing scanner. I don't have to tell it to scan on the backside. It's fast! Like by the time you've insert the pages, you're dealing with the labeling of the document that you don't have time to do any other multi tasking. No paperjams at all so far. Only thing, it's not as "crisp" looking as the original. It's clear, but you can tell, if you were to print a copy of the document, it would not be an original. But for my purposes, it's more than fine. Just something I noticed. The compactability of it also is amazing! I could cary it with ease in a tote if need for remote, onsite scanning. It's not bluetooth, but that's also okay. I was looking for a price point on this purchase. Overall, I've always dreaded scanning documents, but now, it's fun! I even taught my six-year old grand daughter to scan (supervised and watching) but it was something she could even do, because even the naming of the file process is easy and - press "NEXT," name file, ENTER. voila!

Of all of the business products I use, this is quite possibly the most helpful. So quick and efficient. Allows scanning of both sides and flys through the stack of papers. Can scan right to your Google docs or other places.

An awesome user-friendly scanning machine. The quality of scans is excellent and the app is well designed. My small complaint would be that it is a little expensive.

Epson is a long-time Endor on scanning. The Workforce ES-400 is economical but very fast. I needed a larger feed capacity and this met exceeded my expectations. Well built, great software and very fast.

I bought this for my husband who is not that computer savy for his paperwork. He loves it. It is easy to use and he has had no issues. I would buy this product again.

The Epson RS-400 II is light, compact and simple to use. It makes scanning documents easy and fast at 35 pages per minute. Great product!

Finally had enough with my multi-function printer/scanner set up not working. This is a fantastic scanner--fast and easy to use. Love it.

Top notch desktop scanner. Love all the options for double-sided, business cards, receipts. Plugged it in, easy software install, and off and running!

Very easy to set up and I love that it can scan both sides of the page at the same time. Quality of scan is superb
