When I have tried to scan with it, it fails to connect with the computer. I have tried the steps in the online manual but have not succeeded. I will need to call support.

Not a good printer

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this around Aug 2017, it has been about 2 years now, but we hardly use it. Most of the time, we will print at work. We wanted a printer at home, in case there is stuff to print, we have one. Unfortunately, it doesn't last long. I'm pretty upset at this product. For whatever reason, the printer just doesn't read the black ink. When we bought it, it was around $120. The quality of the printout isn't that nice either and is pretty noisy. Add another $50 and get a laser printer!! Don't waste your money on this piece of junk!!
